Simply put, my dad committed suicide when I was 13 in 2013 and it effectively ruined my life. However, I have managed to build myself back up in the time since. The issue I’m having is my grandma (his mum) never acknowledges that it happened and ignores the fact that I have depression and anxiety disorder. I feel like giving up on her because I’m made to feel as if I shouldn’t have been impacted by it.

Some backstory: My girlfriend(20) never had a boyfriend before me(23), we’re dating for 6 months now and due to our circumstances she moved countries and we now live together. Have been for the last 2 months, I’ve been subconsciously picking up on little things and have developed some trust issues with her. I know of her past experiences in detail, she slept around and only done situationships etc. Recently she went out on a work night out and after I picked her up she told me someone kissed her, she pushed him away immediately and left, after long discussions I do believe her on this, but nonetheless it broke my trust so I checked her phone. The result: I found her sporadically texting her ex-situationship, which to me in of itself is a red flag, why do you want to stay friends with someone who’s primary/only reason was sex? While most of the messages have been quite friendly, talking about his new girl or me, some have been too graphic for my liking, which I consider cheating, they spoke about their sex chemistry and how good it was, she was saving she always had fun with him etc. secondly when he asked about me her response was along the lines of: “he’s older and wants a more mature relationship, I find it hard to only sleep with one person”, not exactly the words used but along those lines.
There was also another guy in her dms who’s she been talking to quite a lot, again quite friendly talking but she’s never mentioned him to me in terms of her friends, I didn’t have a lot of time so didn’t see the messages properly.
Also, I understand going through her phone is a violation of her privacy, although I had my reasons it doesn’t justify it, but here we are, advice???

Today during Dutch Comic Con I had the chance to talk to the legendary voice actor Matthew Mercer, who some of you might know as Jack Cooper, BT's pilot during Titanfall 2. A legend within the Apex universe who earned his rank as Apex Predator from Blink himself. Fans of the Titanfall universe have been asking for Jacks invite to the Apex Games for ages now and I thought to myself, why not just ask him? After all we have Ballistic who is also just a chill but quite old guy anyway. He could use some company?
But that's beside the point, Matt is completely down to take up his role as a pilot again (he also loved voicing Jack and was also touched by the story peak of TF2), so please Respawn. Make it happen.
(Or make Titanfall 3 happen, I'm fine with that too!)

2024.11.24 23:31 ShayNay_Nay End of weekend progress.
Today’s progress was slow and steady. I added the first floor with multiple stilts to keep the water under the plant/critter level. I also covered it in weed cloth and silicones it into place. I also finished up final fitting for the air pump that is hidden under the first floor but still easily accessible if needed. My nerves are shot with punching the stilts through the sponge so I will just look and think on it for a few days.
