So eto na si Auntie, ready to battle bagong shower and bagong trim pa. Bakaka mamaya mapalaban lalo na foreigner.
So I got to her place around 7 pm may bitbit akong Merlot and chatchurie. And when she opened the door, shoot bagong ligo din si Auntie. As usual wala syang bra, nasa isip ko sadya ba to?
So we sat sa dining table and we open the wine. Kumuha sya ng wine glass as we were talking about her next itinerary napansin ko tinamaan na rin ako. I looked at her and brushed her hair next thing I know we were kissing. Pero bakit ganun walang sparks or kilig on my end, so ano bogli lang ba?
For some reason I hit my senses before we can even go too far. Parang nag-echo ung sinabi nung nakafling ko from Reddit " huy, nakailan ka na this year? Imagine you had 4 girls in less than 2 months".
So ayun I pulled back parang biglang nawala lang. So I bid my goodbye to her last night. At the end of the day I realized harot lang pala ako, pero I cant really finish what I started. Maybe baka nga naman nakarami na ako or talagang local lang ung market ko specifically dun sa mga taga yellow and maroon school.
But funny thing she said she'll wait for me next month and if interested pa rin ako, I should know how to contact her. Pero my guess Go Local pa rin si Auntie!

Can alcohol trigger dissociation?
Like “blacking out” but you allegedly continued to party and drink more but your memory stops at the point when you had 1 drink and don’t even remember passing out or being sick, just waking up somewhere completely different in a very confused state.
Apparently at “7 shots” I was appearing to not even be slightly fucked up or slurring or stumbling. My friend who supplied the alcohol said she kept them coming because I was appearing to be very alert and coherent. Normally this is NOT how I am. I remember all of my drunken states in the past, and I know I usually will cut myself off after 2-3 shots.
I’m completely mind fucked because I literally have 0 recollection of singing the songs I sang, or making the jokes I made, etc.
I have “dissociated” once before although I don’t believe I have …alters? or anything. I just check out. My therapist actually told me because I was explaining to her my trauma and how when faced with conflict I generally leave my body and the conflict becomes a bit of a haze. I’ve never had any kind of disassociating when having fun / enjoying myself though. I understand drugs and alcohol could be to blame here but I’ve never “blacked out” and continued to party without realizing it.

2024.11.25 01:40 TopChappy Regional parallels in RLCS and NBA?
To preface this conversation - I’m from the UK, so I don’t know all that much about basketball, but been getting into watching the NBA quite recently.
I’ve been doing some research, listening to some NBA podcasts and I’ve been following some of the European players in the NBA such as Jokic, Doncic, Giannis, Wembanyama etc. who seem to be taking over the league.
Now I know the NBA is far far superior to any of the European leagues, however I’ve been hearing a lot of people say that the Europeans focus far more on the fundamentals of basketball and playing more as a team, whereas the American system seems to focus more on flashy individual brilliance (dunks and 3 point plays).
This makes me think whether the differences in EU and NA RLCS play really is something cultural. It’s quite obvious that EU tend to focus more on fundamentals and playing for the team and NA focusing on individual flashy mechanics.
I don’t know why this is the case but it’s definitely interesting to see the parallels in the 2 different sports. Anyone else notice this or agree with me?
Do you think it’s just a coincidence or do you think that there’s a cultural difference between the 2 regions that caused this?

i finished the main questline and then joined the imperial legion, after joining it i take over all the cities. i did the civil war truce at high hrothgar. as well. however when i go to kill ulfric at the battle of windhelm, galmar dies. and then when tullius tells me to kill ulfric with his sword. (orcish sword of absorption.) he just gets back up and stands there. along with legate rikke and general tullius just striking at him and he doesnt die. i tried everything from disabling his character to reseting his ai. its starting to seriously tick me off. the only mod i would see conflicting is conquest of skyrim or my windhelm mods, but i doubt they are the issue because i have used conquest of skyrim and still was able to kill ulfric. my windhelm mods are

Hi everyone,
I have some frozen GF pizza dough from Aldi's and I thought about trying to use it to make cinnamon rolls.
My thought was letting it thaw out. Then roll it out add cinnamon sugar and roll it up. I would then cut out pieces and place on a baking sheet to bake.
My other thought was cut in small pieces and roll in a cinnamon sugar mixture and throw in a pan and bake like monkey bread.
Does anyone have any thoughts on if this would work? Any tips for either attempt?

Gloín was there to report on the messengers from Mordor showing up to the Kingdom of Dale asking about the ring, Baggins, and promising rewards for information. He was also there to visit Bilbo and warn him that he was being sought after by the enemy.
Gimli was just accompanying Gloín.
Legolas was there to inform the others that Gollum had escaped captivity in Mirkwood during an orc attack.
Boromir was there because Faramir, and eventually himself too, had a recurring dream about seeking the blade that was broken in Imladris (aka Rivendell). A halfling and Isildur’s Bane were also part of the dream. Boromir insisted on undertaking the perilous journey instead of Faramir. He lost his horse at a river along the way and wandered for many days looking for Rivendell since none in Gondor actually knew exactly where it was.
Aragorn/Strider and the hobbits had just arrived with the Nazgûl in hot pursuit.
Gandalf had arrived a bit ahead of them having tried to draw some of the Nazgûl away I think.
It was ultimately part of Eru Iluvitar’s plan for them to meet there, but it was definitely not a planned council by Elrond. He was just wise enough to see this meeting as destiny, deciding that those present should be the ones to decide the fate of the one ring.
Even when Frodo speaks up offering to take it himself, the book describes it as Frodo feeling compelled to say it, or as if another was speaking through him.
