За София по-скоро е при мен де, но днес се замислих за таксиджиите - сякаш все още се мрънка колко са досадни, глупави и зле като цяло, а аз не помня кога последно съм имал негативно преживяване, дори супер често са някакви интелигетни и интересни хора като ги заговоря.
Наскоро един познат пред мен взе да мрънка и аз го питах кога последно е имал лошо преживяване в такси и той се сети за някво преди супер много време и вика 'верно май вече не е толкова зле'..
Може да съм в тотален балон заради тези апове, но си го обяснявам заради ковид, малко се намали сякаш бройката на колите и се вдигна нивото.
Също бих отбелязал градския в София откакто се плаща с телефон и като цяло автобусите не са някакви стари и неприятни от известно време, а метрото си е било винаги топ.

i am not asking for medical advice in this post
So I got a perscription for "omega 3 acid ethyl esters". I have to take 2 gel caps, twice daily. So essentially 4 gel caps a day.
They are 1 gram, and as seen in the picture, contain 465mg EPA and 375mg DHA, per capsule.
I was wondering if this is a good amount, or should I add "supplemental" fish oil like krill oil or whatever else.
Im a newbie to supplements so I don't know how much I should have.
The benefits of the perscription omega-3 is i was told by my doctor " you know exactly how much is in it since its regulated", and I also pay $0.00 per month. So I get it for free through my insurance. So I save some money.
But I don't know if i should add any time of supplemental fish oil and if anyone has any suggestion to type? Or amount?
