2024.11.25 00:43 Forsaken_Revenue6193 Anyone else shocked by lack of education/knowledge about the body/disease?
So ever since I started clinical rotations I’ve been surprised by how little people know about anatomy. I always thought knowing about the pancreas was basic knowledge for example but I was kind of shocked when I found out I had to explain where it is kind of often. I Was also kind of shocked by the fact that some people didn’t know about the ossicles. I think the worst example was for a public health project I did with teenagers about STD prevention I was shocked and a little alarmed by the amount that thought that the birth control pill protects against STDs and the amount that didn’t know that straight people can get STDs through penetrative sex. Is this not being taught in schools anymore? It was such a big group who thought that. I’m honestly alarmed lol.

Really having a hard time figuring out what my symptoms mean. been going to countless doctors over the past five months with no real answers.
I have all the general symptoms of Endo. life-impacting pain during periods, sexual intercourse, bowel movements and/or urination, chronic pelvic pain, abdominal bloating, nausea, fatigue, and depression, anxiety. BUT the heavy periods. I have little to none. so when I say that to the three separate doctors they knock out Endo almost entirely. I guess my main question is, what should I say to the doctors to have them consider my symptoms more seriously? Is there something that is closely similar to Endo that I need to consider?
If more info is needed I'm more then happy to share. Just more or less frustrated and defeated. Any help is appreciated

I've playing in the ww2 scenario trying to unite china as communist china and I've crashed a solid 14 times and I just made it to 1970, why tf is it crashing so much and on top of that why does deleting saves take forever too
