 | My parents offered me the cast iron sitting in the garage. They have likely been sitting 30+ years. I thought the skillet was Lodge, but after reading more it’s more likely BSR? Solid ring, Made in USA at 12 o’clock , No. 3, 6 3/4 IN at 6 o’clock. No clue on the griddle. It has a 10 at 12 o’clock and a small H at 6 o’clock. The cooking surface is very rounded to the edges and lifted compared to the edges so the underside of the cooking surface does not touch when on a flat surface. I don’t know if it’s due to medication (I take lithium), my crappy diet, or just my crippling anxiety and depression but my stomach hurts so bad it’s honestly agonizing. I’m curled up in a ball and I think the physical pain had made my nightly overthinking so much worse than it usually is. Everything hurts and I want to cry. I’ve tried to distract myself in anyway I can, but I just think and think and think. I wish it would just stop. There’s nobody around to talk to, I wanna vc with someone, idk lol. It’s selfish but I want comfort yk. I’m hugging my stuffed animals like a hurt child, I feel so pathetic. I wish there was somebody to tell me that everything will be okay even if it’s a lie. But lately I think maybe I don’t really deserve any sort of comfort at all.

 | This is australias longest running dissapearence case. The Beamont kids case. some backstory to it around the 19060s three kids 2 boys aged 3-5 and a girl aged around 8 went to the beach on a sunny day in Adelaide. while there parents where working (this was normal at the time) people saod to have seen the kids get off the bus snd after a while start talking to this man with a lean build mid 40s round hat. after that nobody saw the kids ever again. they are belived to have been murded but nobody knows when how why or where and my father and i fully beilive that we lived in the house where they were taken. these kids dissapeared at glenelg beach in adelaide Australia. the house we lived in was 10 min drive from that beach and it was over 100 years old that house. the evidence i have it's supernatural evidence and physical evidence. so if you look deeper into the story. they believed that the children were buried in freshly made concrete. so they destroyed this one factory which had fresh concrete made but found nothing. but in my house we had a really big shed in the backyard. and there was a singular slab of cement which looked newer than all the rest. this is claim 1 where we think the bodies were buried. the other evidence is that the alleged "killer" was an older man, whos picture you can look up. he look fairly similar to the previous owner of our old house. he wore the same hat and everything. he was also caught looking over the fence one time watching me and my siblings play when visiting my neighbour for catchup. my neighbour then saying "don't let jules (my father) catch you looking" because my dad was very aware of who he was and he also believes that he was guilty. third claim is that one time my cousins and family from New Zealand visited the house one time and one of my younger cousins was playing in my sisters room alone. and my untie heard her talking to some people so she then proceeded to ask "Hey who are you talking too" my cousin proceeds to say "just my friends" and when she opens the door, nobody but my cousin was present. this time was also when my family was over. my uncles gf who is big on supernatural stuff and believes in ways with ghost went to go get some beers with my dad in the shed (which we believe the children were buried). but when she was about to walk in she froze. and said "I'm not going in there" she said this in a scared tone. she repeated it again and it was obvious she knew something about that shed was up. all of these can not be a coincidence and I truly believe that the Beaumont children were taken by the previous owner and killed in that house. buried in the shed. we have informed crime stoppers about this multiple times in the past but nothing has seemed to work. am I delusional for thinking this even though the stories match? submitted by Alternative_Monk_538 to UnsolvedMysteries [link] [comments] |

I know nowhere in the US is entirely safe and there's no guarantee that the M9.0+ will hit in my lifetime. I also know there are things you can do to be prepared. But I have no family here and don't have a job lined up, I was just looking to make a change and have friends in the area. But I'm starting to think it's just not worth the risk. My friends that I've talked to don't seem concerned, but I'm worried that's just their 20-something's naiveté, so I wanted to ask people who have a more realistic understanding of the risk the CSZ poses.
Should I roll the dice and make the move? Or run as fast as possible in the other direction?

Clean title property.
Deceased owner (occupant), no will, no spouse. Was occupying the the property and insurance was (is) under their name.
Financially independent adult child was also living at the property (same length of time) without paying rent.
Strata fees and bills had already been switched over to the adult child.
Would the courts/law have an objection to the property being occupied without "rent" until probate is sorted?
How is home insurance handled in this case?
