I moved back in with my (n)mom and stepdad a while back after I was down on my luck after an abusive relationship. I knew exactly what would happen if I did it, but I had no other choice outside of being homeless.
Now, I feel like it almost would’ve been better for me if I WAS homeless. At first everything was fairly decent, but as of recently, after spending lots of time with my mother and her friends, and them very obviously taking more of a genuine liking to me than they ever did her (you know, because I’m not terribly self centered), it’s just becoming worse and worse.
The amount of vitriol she spews now is insane. The amount of lies she peddles about me is also insane. She pretends as though I’m supposed to be a lifeless, sad copy of her that she only drags around to make herself feel better, when in reality I’ve stopped hiding my actual personality to make herself look better and it’s becoming a problem, because all of her friends treat me better than they do her. I just know that’s the root of it and it’s eating her up.
Also, she recently tried to accuse me of lying about ordering a bottle of wine a month ago when that was the day she TOLD me to do so lmao. Like no shit you found the receipt, that’s when you knew I was getting it.
I’m just done and I should’ve never came back to this shithole of a house. I’d honestly rather be freezing on the streets at this point than to deal with unnecessarily targeted attacks and jealousy. I start a new job this week and lord knows what she’s gonna ask of me to do with my checks when I’m really just trying to save up to move out.

Hello all, 23M here. I've gotten interested in living a fit lifestyle and maintaining myself. Unfortunately, due to university and work, I won't be able to go to the gym in the short-term (at most 6 months). I was looking for a do-it-yourself regime that I could follow at home till I'm able to go the gym, with as little equipment as possible. I've been skinny my whole life, with low muscle definition. I've also noticed that I'm developing a noticeable belly (first time in my life) due to a sedentary lifestyle and (ironically) eating a more nutritious diet. Any suggestions how I can build a 1-hour program that will help me till I can finally go to the gym (including how many reps of recommended exercises)?

Need to buy a new daily, and can't find the SB1 or 2 anywhere...
I use the Cumulus 25 as my easy shoe, but I'm approaching 600km and looking for a refresh. I owned the NB3 and hated it, but have read great things about the 4. The 3 is a shoe that I found to be incredibly boring and a little unstable, and the grip was horrendous when wet weather showed up (I live in Southern Ontario). Even though the Cumulus 25 isn't flashing (at all), I found the grip fine, and when it's been very durable.
I run 60+km a week, and looking to get under 3hrs in the marathon next Fall. So... loads of mileage coming up.
Is anyone willing to provide me with some advice on which they feel is the better shoe, and why?
