I’ve been searching for this book for literal years and have been unable to find it. It was a book I read as either a kid or a tween in the 2010’s, so I’m sssuming it’s either a children’s or YA book. It started out with a girl getting kicked out of her classroom because she questioned the Biblical story of why women menstruate. She then goes to work in the house of a rich man that her mother works in, and she’s a servant there. While there, she eventually finds out that a man is poisoning his “crazy” wife through the “sugar” in her tea. I remember the man like even took away the woman’s pens, so the main character communicates with the wife by sending up a pen for her to write with on her tray. I remember one of the scenes was the girl going to some kind of chemist to get the substance tested and the chemist told her it was a poison and asked if she needed help because he was concerned that she had it. I will be so, so thankful if someone can help me find it. I’ve spent many hours googling.

Your monster box: Upload a screenshot to Reddit directly or an image hosting site like imgur or use swarfarm. Sort your box by "Grade" and try to include all 4*s and LD nat 3*s.
Your current progression: Where you currently are in the game, what your teams are, what content you need help with and what you have tried so far.
For ToA, which enemies are on the floor you're stuck on.
For PvP, indicate what rank you are trying to achieve, i.e. currently F3 want to get C1 Arena. For RTA also share your rank percentage.

The less people have to ask you to clarify or look up to help you, the more likely you will get a (fast) response.

R5 stat minimum: You need 25k HP and 1.5k DEF for FL units and 20k HP and 0.8-1k DEF for BL units. Healers and your cleanser should have 100% RES after lead.
Rift unit options: Xiao Lin, Theomars, Fran, Colleen, and 2A Kro can be used in most of your rift teams. FL Mav/Bernard is good for Water rift and Lapis is good for Fire and Dark rifts. Twins are great in all rifts.

You still need appropriate rune quality and turn order! Do not expect to beat a dungeon just by having these units.

General tips and answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

NEVER feed non-farmable monsters! (you can feed dupes for skill ups)
Save your devilmons! In general you do not want to give devilmon to 4* units, Sigmarus and Jeanne are the best early game candidates. Veromos does not need devilmon.
Best summon stone targets: Tyron, Lushen, Shaina, Sabrina, Talia. For PvP Khmun, Skogul, Galleon.
Check the events for free energy, mana, and other beneficial stuff. To find the current event pages use the button below the energy/mana counter in-game.
Lapis can farm Faimon Hell on the free 6* level 15 vampire/revenge runes provided by the challenges. She should be your first 5* and probably 6* as well.
Shield sets can reduce the HP/DEF requirements on other units and multiple shield sets will stack to form one larger total shield. Each set contributes a shield equal to 15% of the base HP of the monster they are equipped on.
White artifacts from B2 are cheap to upgrade and can give you a massive stat boost early.
Hall of Heroes (HoH) should be attempted as high as you can climb. Reps like Rica or Verad can help a lot. Mid/late game players can get 5 extra copies of the HoH monster using almighty scroll pieces after each floor at the small cost of 2000 guild points for each extra monster.
Most nat 5*s are PvP exclusive and should be set aside in storage till you make some progress on PvE. Some exceptions are CC units like Rica for ToA, cleansers like Anavel for starter R5, and Perna for rifts.
Dimensional hole energy should be spent as soon as possible, always try to stay under the energy cap (recharge rate: 1 per 2h). 2A Kro first, then Spectra or Raoq.

I live in the US (born and raised). I've tried all the dating apps. I've been on multiple dates over the last decade and had three serious relationships over the last 15 years which have been unsuccessful (one was never going to work and we parted ways, one cheated, one changed into a different person after a year).
I am over dating. I am over the idea of finding someone that I will feel in love with for the rest of my life. I am over looking for an instant spark and amazing life altering attraction.
I have no issues attracting men, even though I have a child from my ex husband (the one who cheated on me). I am conventionally attractive. I can be social. I have a lot of hobbies both outside and inside. I can cook and bake. I care about how I look. I'm comfortable getting dressed up and going out. I'll communicating about sexual needs and desires. I stay up to date with current events. I've never had an issue being loyal. I have no significant health issues, and have no fertility issues and would be fine having additional children.
What I have issues with is men not being direct. Or lying about what they have to offer. Or thinking they want one thing and deciding they want another.
What I want is to find someone with compatible goals. I want a business transaction where we get married and live together because it benefits both of us.
I want to find someone that will be direct from the get go about exactly what they want, and what they can offer. I don't want beating around the bush and peacocking. I want direct communication. I want someone who is willing to treat a relationship like a business agreement.

Just moved to Madison recently. Before I’m attacked for my sacrilege, I LOVE local Wisconsin cheese and have a fridge full of it. It just seems that imported European (or otherwise) cheese is very difficult to come across here in decent quantities. I’ve been to Fromagination and while their selection is spectacular, it’s 90% local dairies (again, NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!) I just have a handful of Italian and Swiss varieties that I enjoy that I haven’t been able to find around here.

My ultimate goal is to work in financial software engineering, but for now, I’m focused on getting my foot in the door and building the right foundation.
I’ve recently completed the beginner and arrays modules on LeetCode and have some experience with VBA from a financial modeling course, which I picked up quickly. However, concepts like Hash Tables feel like a steep challenge. Despite that, I’m fully committed—over the past three weeks, I’ve been dedicating 20-30 hours weekly to learning and practicing, and I have no plans to slow down (even though funds are tight).

I want to do some swimming/snorkelling in the morning before work, which would involve some 3-5m dives, probably not lasting more than 30sec.
It’s been drilled into me you never dive alone no matter what, but surely there is a very low risk if I’m not even halfway to where I would usually get contraction? I’ve only ever felt hypoxic on pb’s.

2024.11.25 05:00 ForestDams01 I managed to switch the role of a manager part on my own. I'm surprised.

I figured just sharing. It was easier than I thought. Well I microdosed LSD today anyways so that helped. This analytical part has been in my system for like most of my life, the age is very young. I closed my eyes and laid comfortably using the self to talk to the part. The part is me, part of my self, but feels the need to be a part to be safe in present reality. I spoke with the part why it has to be analytical. Because he's scared. Scared of what? The unknown. And as well getting away from exile pain, as a distractor. But I jusy reassured this manager that there's no need to analyze as a part, because it doesn't serve it's purpose any longer. How so? Well analyzing just fuels more pain, and also gets me away from my self.
So I asked the part that I'm not getting rid of him, because he is me afterall, so he couldn't be rid of anyways. And I told him what would you do instead if you weren't analyzing? He said observe. Which honestly sounds better because it connects me more with the present moment, it makes me more grounded with reality. You could say that when I analyze as a manageprotector part, I dissociate and get a lot in my mind to the point where I don't feel connected to the present reality.
So now the part observes. When I ask him what age is he now? He says he is my current age. So now the part just observes everything, takes notes of what is observed. And my other protectomanager tag-teams to solve problems. I'm actually surprised this work. It took me like 30 minutes to do. I actually notice a shift in my body. I'm less in my mind and more in my body. It's honestly fucking nutty how this happened. I already feel better.
