Are there any tools to deal with companies, in this case ticketmaster, that give consumers the run-around and are generally just fucking shit?
I went to the commerce commission and the response I got was that they don't deal in personal disputes, which uh... I was trying to paint a bigger picture than my situation... But I looked at a link they provided to me, stating that they only get involved when there are undisclosed fees etc, or some other misrepresentation...
But not dark patterns where they fuck people around by design in the hope that you give up. They are essentially a fucking monopoly for christ sake.
The short version of my situation was re-selling tickets (at the original cost obviously) for two people that could no longer make it to a concert (I'd bought the tickets). All the fucking hoops! And now the tickets were sold, the concert happened, and the payment, which for some reason took days to action "bounced back". I took screenshots, kept emails etc, validates that I'm not somehow suddenly unable to do basic tasks, it's them, and it's either EXTREME incompetence or by design. Hard to tell which really, but I'll go with the second.
So, everything they do could be considered somehow reasonable (even though by contrast with any other company you'd know that is bullshit) and part of a process and not at all trying to be impeding or illegal. So they walk a line where they can just be cunts.

Ill read the bible and see verses where it says God talks to people, either through prophets or to people directly, not including Jesus. None of this happens to me, I try to repent, I read the bible, I pray, etc... everything seems very one sided and like im doing all these things to try and be better for God and get closer, but nothing ends up happening, it often feels like im just talking to a wall.
God knows I want a better relationship and to be a better Christian, so why doesnt he reach out to me in a way I can understand?

I ordered these from sunshine greens on etsy. Wonderful place to buy from. They've always sent me amazing starter plants. I ordered philodendrons melanochrysum, Black cherry pink princess and Royal queen. Alocasias varigated frydek, albino frydek, nebula imperialis. But they refunded me for a monstera albo varigated and a monstera creme brulee but on one of the papers the plant was wrapped in was written creme brulee. So I'm a lil confused. I know some of these but just wanted other opinions. Any help is appreciated.

Hello guys! Iv never posted here before but I'm a young reptile enthusiast, with one leopard gecko
Today I was going to go pick up a 80 gal for my Leo, but unexpectedly it came with a bearded dragon? I was not informed of this so I was very shocked, we took him in since he was so skinny but otherwise looked healthy, we are currently driving home (nearly 3 hour trip) with the poor guy in the back. Luckily I love beardies and have always wanted one, and so far it seems like my parents will allow me to keep it He came with a 80 gallon tank, and some other things and decor. I'm not sure if it came with UVB but since it doesn't appear to have MBD I assume it had it Unfortunately the father informed me that it is his daughters, but they are moving and she doesn't want it anymore This grosses me out to see parents giving their irresponsible children a living animal, so I'm glad he came into my hands Hes very skinny (hip bones showing...) but otherwise looks pretty good One thing im wondering about is that on both shoulders there seems to be a odd growth above his shoulders, it almost looks natural since it isn't discolored and has spikes on it I haven't done a ton of research on beardies, since I didn't think I'd get one today lol. But I'm doing as much research as I can right now
Unfortunately I don't have a job besides working for my dad, which would be just enough money. Unfortunately iv been saving up for UVB for my Leo so I'm not sure if I can afford two, but I hope they included UVB. I'll have to check I may have to surrender it if it has health problems, since I can't afford a vet for two lizards, or if my parents say I can't keep it
I have a couple questions though! Are beardies stinky? Is calcium sand fine? How much bugs do beardies eat a week and how often? Luckily I have mealworms and crickets back home that I got for my Leo, but I can spare them Are beardies fun? I heard their like mini dogs, and I love that since I love energetic pets that I can handle (and especially love being able to feed veggies and fruit!) Should I remove the sand in his terrarium til I'm sure he's healthy and quarantine with paper towel? If so how do I move him? I don't want to stress him out
Any tips are welcome! I hope to be a good owner for my (maybe) new lizard And thanks for your patience if youv read to the end 😅
