Hi all! As some of you may have seen, about two weeks ago, there was an open casting call for extras in the Boston area for Kristoffer Borgli’s new film with A24. I applied on the day it was released and I’ve reached out to casting director Kate Antognini. The form said the shoot would be “1-6 days between now and the end of November” and November is coming to a close, in fact there’s only 6 days in the month itself. I don’t expect to receive any kind of follow-up if I’m rejected, but I haven’t heard any update from anyone about getting cast. I also haven’t heard any update about the shoot in Boston having continued yet. I just wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone who also applied has heard anything since.

In Lords of the Fallen, the developer, Hexworks chose not to implement PSSR and instead used their own version of Unreal Engine 5's own internal upsclaing solution, TSR.
Baded on everything that we've seen so far with Silent Hill 2, I belive that Bloober Team should have done what Hexworks did, and continue to use the same upscaling solution that they were already using and were familiar with for the entire duration of development.
A simple settings increase or maybe just a resolution boost would have sufficed.
Or maybe giving us the option to opt-out of PSSR like how God of War and Gran Turismo 7 do.
Because it's weird to me that the version of Silent Hill 2 that I am able to play is now essentially worse looking than before.

Last week, i saw this absolutely stunning girl at the gym 2 benches away from me, not only was she good looking, but she was doing these single arm core isolating shoulder presses—and as someone who’s big on those little mobility/functional movements this made her even more attractive.
HOWEVER, i dont really like to approach girls at the gym bc at the end of the day theyre there to work out and not get hit on. I conferred with some friends later on and they pretty much all said “you should’ve went for it”.
So here i am: is it okay or reasonable to respectfully approach a girl at the gym? Maybe if i strike some natural convo first, maybe ask to spot 9but thnx again there’d 12 other ppl there why would i ask HER specifically). You guys tell me, to shoot the shot or to not.
