Kirumi first drowned Ryoma in the sink of the Ultimate Prisoners Lab after knocking him out, making sure he couldn’t fight back with handcuffs. After this Kirumi created a ropeway from the labs window to the window of the gym using a rope and another line of rope from the Tennis courts net, creating a way to move between locations. kirumi made a mildly positive impression on me the first time i played, but i came to fucking love her upon replay, entirely because of her climactic class trial. up until then, she's a perfectly cromulent stoic lady/team mom character, sure, whatever, but it's when she's a murderess on the dock that she really shines. Kirumi claims it is necessary to calm their master, which less to her developing a sense of humor. Kirumi then states she wishes to serve Shuichi regardless of money, repeating that she sees some potential within him. The Free Time Event ends with Shuichi saying he will consider Kirumis offer of being her master, making Kirumi grateful. (Contains spoilers) Kirumi is a refined, young mature lady. She also doesn’t get that much recognition. Despite running and being the prime minister of Japan. Sacrificing everyone meant to save A COUNTRY. Plus, you can’t really blame her for killing rooms, I mean it’s kinda his fault for giving up his life to her. Kirumi had not only found a way to make people happy, but she found a way that let her feel valued by her own parents. And that’s one of the key tragedies to Kirumi’s character, she feels like she has to work in order to be loved. As Kirumi perfected each task, the positive responses lessened as her work became normalized. Kirumi Tojo is an example of a Mary Sue done right. Despite being capable of doing literally anything, she isn't seen as an "overpowered" character, and is actually quite likeable. Although I like her personality, the entirety of her relevancy is weighted entirely within the V3-2, in which she dies before getting any development. To start, we have the second Free Time Event between Shuichi and Kirumi. While this FTE primarily focuses on some of the past people Kirumi have served, the part we want to focus on comes up earlier. Kirumi shows some worry about her previous employers, saying she likely abandoned them when she was kidnapped and brought to this place. Given Kirumi's penchant for overbearing coddling, he may grow into his role as the new protagonist, or he may lean on her as a crutch and become dependent on her support. In turn Kirumi presents a morally dubious character despite her nominally selfless aims, exposing a ruthlessness and lack of empathy that being with Shuichi may or may not cure. And, again, it has to be mentioned how much Kirumi just accepts this for what it is. As do most of the other characters. And sure, you're meant to stretch your disbelief, but that's ruined for me once suspending it makes all the characters look like a joke. Kirumi is a character ruined by her motive for me. A lot of the time when Kirumi is getting appreciation or praise from her classmates, she tends to just brush it off. This is best seen in her introduction during the prologue, Kaede calls Kirumi a super maid which is immediately brushed off and pushed to the side. Kirumi prefers to just do her job and satisfy her masters.

Serious question
I got into Victoria 3 recently (great game!) and although I enjoy its economic and political aspects, the wars are a little underwhelming at times.
Hoi4 looks fun and I'm very aware the game focuses on war economy and troops movement, but I kind of like managing my politics and economy too.
Apart from everything regarding war, is there anything left that's interesting enough to play the game? Or is it just war

Brother want's a new pc as he hasn't upgraded for a good 10 years. He'll mostly be doing a bit of gaming, a lot of digital art in photoshop and he's hoping to learn Blender, Cascadeur for some AI animation related fun. I'm trying to convince him to save some money with the case, cooler, etc, but he's quite set on it being a "show piece" as much as a work horse.
The main things I'm unsure about are whether he's better off saving money going for the 7950x over the 7950x3d, as he will be playing games, but not prioritising them. Also, is the motherboard a good choice? I recommended the "B650 Aorus Elite AX V2", he likes the look of this x870e more and with it being newer, he's happy to spend a little more on it.
No dead-set budget but trying to keep it to £2,500-£3,000.
