During his life time he had an outstanding love for Harley motorcycles. He had a 1969 Harley sportster 900 that my father in law and my brother in law completely rebuilt. every nut and bolt. Where to buy ingredients for flash powder? Been making black powder for awhile but want to make flash powder for fun. Been looking up Potassium Perchlorate and aluminum powder( correct? ) or does it need to be a certain type I know this stuff is highly combustible and I have already have a good anti static work station. I just don’t know where to get the stuff for a good price.

i’ve got a onewheel pint with 1500 miles that’s suddenly experiencing power surges at speed. It’ll start by feeling almost like wheel slip or the motor catching/surging and then it drops back and slows down like how it does when it dies. last time it did it it did a small burnout as well then went back to normal other than small surges that almost feel like wheel slip. Any ideas as to what it could be?
