As a returning/midgame player what are some longer term rewarding goals I can be working towards. I am mastery 16 and have around 2500 platinum to work with. Genuinely there is so much going on I am unfamiliar with that every time I try to play again I just get overwhelmed and don't know what to draw my attention to.
last time I played consistently was the release of the netracells and I grinded those for a while until I got rank 5 in that faction. Before that was long ago around POE release.
If you have any suggestions on what to do besides the weekly and daily resets please comment.

I am thinking of scheduling an extraction for my bottom two wisdom teeth. I got a treatment plan done by the dental clinic where they have listed Alveoplasty for $200 per tooth. They did not submit any pre-treatment estimate and did not even mention about it. In fact, they wanted me to put in a deposit before I could even schedule a definite date, which I refused as I was unsure about my dates availability.
One of the tooth is erupted and the other one is half-erupted, but horizontal. They told me my insurance is not going to cover it. I called my insurance provider later and I was told by that the listed alveoplasty code already comes as a package included within the listed extraction code. It should not be separate. I searched what is alveoplasty online and I see that it is mostly used when doing a replacement tooth or for dentures. I don't get why would I need it in a wisdom tooth extraction?

Hello, I bought a used car Pioneer head unit from amazon about a 2 months ago and it has started acting up. I am assuming I am out of luck from a warranty aspect since these were used from Amazon. Me dijo que herpes, herpes!! Y yo me asusté porque yo soy algo hipocondriaca y las enfermedades me dan un miedo que pffff así que evite aún más lo posible compartir nada con ella por qué el herpes es muy contagioso, bueno que me contó que seguramente un tío se lo había pegado o algo y yo así "🙂"... A los días me contó que tenía una infección ahí abajo porque le dolía, le picaba, lo tenía muy rojo y le apestaba... Me contó que lo hacía con tíos sin condón, gente asquerosa sin higiene y que les olía muy mal y tenían requesón ahí ABAJOOO, y me dijo QUE A LO MEJOR FUE UNO DE ESOSS... OBVIO QUE FUE UNO DE ESOS AAAA. Ahora no puedo evitar que me dé mucho asco, no comparto nada con ella, no quiero que me abrace y a la hora de despedirnos lo paso mal porque no quiero despedirme de besos con ella porque me da pánico, lo peor fue que justo un dia cuando nos despedimos me dio un beso al lado del ojo y me salió una herida rara y como costra horrorosa y me dolía, yo no lo asocie directamente a ella pero pensándolo bien y si si?... Hey folks, I bought a used dodge ram recently, great truck cool radio etc. Since I got it I noticed when I hit bigger bumps it sometimes resets. Most the time it's fine, even drove 4 hours hunting with no issues. The thing is today I get back in my truck and look at the screen and it's pushed in somehow. If you are looking at in the right side angled inward. How does this happen and is there an easy fix ? I tried to move it etc, but it won't budge.
