KAKA Formula for Arithmetic Progression (AP)
The KAKA formula is a practical way to calculate any term in an Arithmetic Progression (AP). This formula is simple and useful for quickly finding the value of a term.
The formula is: Term = Q × R - T
Where:
- Q is the position of the desired term (which term number you want to find),
- R is the common difference of the AP (the difference between two consecutive terms),
- T is the first term of the AP.
- Q = 10 (because you want the 10th term),
- R = 4 (the common difference between the terms is 4),
- T = 2 (the first term of the sequence).
Therefore, the 10th term of the sequence is 38!

2024.11.25 03:00 GerardWayAndDMT I’ve recently figured out how much air to use and how to make it sit in various placement pockets. Im struggling with vowel shapes I think and the “keep everything expanded” thing.
I’ve always heard that once you have your air you have to keep the cavity and above in a state of expansion instead of letting it fall back inward. I’ve recently discovered exactly what this means but I’m having trouble finding it consistently. I’m also not getting the resonance quote right on some vowels.
The first vowel I ever actually got to resonate in a meaningful way was eee. I’ve gotten a lot better at that one since finding it, but I’m having some trouble finding the same sensation with many of the other vowel sounds.
When I have my eee sound going it really feels great. It has strong vibrato and tone, and I can feel the note dancing around inside. It’s really a cool feeing. I’m assuming that same feeling occurs with the other vowels once you get them down? I’m having trouble locating them at all much of the time.
So I’m hoping to get some advice on how to find them and hone them in. As well as ways to keep the expansion feeling. I’ve definitely felt that plenty by now but it’s so hard to find it consistently.
And if you guys see anything else you’d like to comment on please do. Any advice i can get is welcome. Thank you!

Hello! Thinking of finding a job in Israel starting this summer, and looking at all the visas that are available. I’m Jewish and do qualify under Right of Return. This would only be for around a year so, thus going for the A-1 visa might be too much, especially since I’m not definite on following through with this.
This work permit seems like it would be the best for what I’m looking for, but I want to ask the following questions:
1) Are there any benefits for the A-1 visa that make it more preferable than just the regular work visa? 2) I see that forms must be submitted at the Population and Immigration Authority office in person. Would I have to fly to Israel to submit this, and then wait on a decision? Can this be done at an Israeli consulate in the US?
Some extra context- from the US, mid 20s, I hold a credential in my industry for which there is some hiring demand. About to change careers but would like to see if it is feasible to try and find an opening in Israel for a year before I make the switch
