Final GPA question

I'm doing the bachelor of advanced science (just finished my first year), which has an honours year, and im wondering if the final gpa is the average of all 4 years, or just the last 3? I remember reading that the final gpa is only the last 3 years but I cant find a source that corroborates that. I want to pursue a career in medicine, so the final gpa is important for me.

How do you guys balance sleep? My fiancée is sahm and has her grandmother's help I'm going back to work soon and we have 8 week old twin girls. I can't up or down sleep,I either have to be up or down,there's no in-between And while it's been fine during my paternal leave,now I gotta figure out something for work. Me and the fiancée see things differently. I figure since she just gave birth n needs to recover so she needs to sleep as much as possible. She says I need to sleep since I'm working. Thoughts

so i'm a 20 year old female who has always wanted to become a marine, however life got in the way and i didn't graduate high school but i have my GED. i'm currently working on getting my credits through sophia credits online. my main issue is that i have more than one tattoo on my left hand that are all smaller than an inch. i know the marines aren't too lenient on that sort of thing. i've also had a past double hernia repair surgery 10 months ago. my doctor said i've fully recovered and u can barely see my scars. i'm curious on which branch besides navy id have the best chance with if anything. navy and coast guard are just the 2 branches that i have no interest in joining but honestly ill start anywhere at this point. hypothetically if i were only able to join the navy due to my hand tattoos would i be able to get them remove during my first contract and then join the marines later on? im going to talk to a recruiter here soon, but i just wanted some insight first.
