Kings like Janaka were all self-realized souls; consequently they had no obligation to perform the prescribed duties in the Vedas. Nonetheless they performed all prescribed activities just to set examples for the people in general. Janaka was the father of Sītā and father-in-law of Lord Śrī Rāma. Being a great devotee of the Lord, he was transcendentally situated, but because he was the king of Mithilā (a subdivision of Bihar province in India), he had to teach his subjects how to perform prescribed duties. Lord Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna, the Lord’s eternal friend, had no need to fight in the Battle of Kurukṣetra, but they fought to teach people in general that violence is also necessary in a situation where good arguments fail. Before the Battle of Kurukṣetra, every effort was made to avoid the war, even by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, but the other party was determined to fight. So for such a right cause, there is a necessity for fighting. Although one who is situated in Kṛṣṇa consciousness may not have any interest in the world, he still works to teach the public how to live and how to act. Experienced persons in Kṛṣṇa consciousness can act in such a way that others will follow, and this is explained in the following verse.

I guess I thought about it recently because I had a small issue with my oven where a hole was at the bottom of the bag. So I flipped it and covered it like this (wrap and put something on top of it).

Je voudrais avoir votre avis sur une situation qui est, pour le moins, assez inhabituelle.
Au mois de mai, j’ai rencontré un très bon ami avec qui j’ai beaucoup sympathisé grâce à l’envoi d’une candidature dans un cadre professionnel (le cadre de son travail à la base). Il faut savoir que j’ai eu une adolescence pas vraiment courante, assez dure, et assez triste. Mon contact avec cet ami était lié, à l'origine, à la recherche d’un homme qui a changé l’enfant que j’étais et qui a été comme un second père pour moi durant ma période de solitude à 14 ans. J’ai été un enfant qui a subi beaucoup d’acharnement physique et moral à l’école, ainsi qu’à la maison, jusqu’au jour où j’ai été victime d’une violence policière à 14 ans. Je n’étais pourtant pas la personne visée. J’ai été pris pour quelqu’un que je n’étais pas. J’ai très mal vécu cet événement, ce qui m'a poussé à fuir mon foyer et à passer des nuits entières dehors. J’en voulais à la société de ne pas m’avoir protégé et de ne pas m’avoir cru.
Un jour, j’ai rencontré un policier, ce que je craignais le plus suite à l’incident. Pendant 8 à 9 mois, il a souvent dû me retrouver durant la nuit pour les mêmes raisons. Étant mineur, j’avais l’obligation de rentrer chez mes parents. Mais il était toujours là pour me parler et me rassurer, cherchant à me faire sourire, car il connaissait toute mon histoire. Cet homme a été celui qui m'a transformé, et il est devenu ma source de motivation et d’inspiration durant ma jeunesse. Lors d'un moment très difficile, il m’a donné la mission de le revoir lorsque les choses auraient changé. Aujourd’hui, j’ai 19 ans, et cette histoire date de presque six ans. Je suis devenu boxeur amateur, et je me suis inscrit en tant que réserviste dans la police, afin de pouvoir aider à mon tour ceux qui en ont besoin, et ainsi honorer l’aide que m’a apportée mon mentor.
J’ai entrepris des démarches pour retrouver cet homme qui m’avait sauvé. J’ai cherché son nom pendant six ans, avec l'espoir de le retrouver, de le remercier, et de partager un moment avec lui, mais d'une manière différente cette fois-ci.
Pour revenir au sujet initial, j’ai contacté une boîte de production qui était mon seul espoir pour le retrouver (je préfère rester anonyme sur le nom de l’entreprise). Il se trouve que la personne en charge de mon dossier est devenue un très bon ami, avec qui le courant est tout de suite passé. On a commencé à se voir, à boire des verres ensemble, et à beaucoup échanger. Tout l’été a été une période merveilleuse où j’ai pu faire la connaissance d'une personne formidable. C'était une période où j'avais besoin de comprendre mon passé et de trouver des réponses. J’avais également décidé de quitter le cocon familial pour prendre mon indépendance et accéder à mes dossiers judiciaires, afin également de connaître le prénom de mon mentor.
Mon ami traversait une rupture sentimentale, et je me suis demandé s'il ne cherchait pas à combler un vide affectif. À la mi-septembre, j’ai remarqué que nos échanges devenaient de plus en plus rares, surtout de sa part. J’ai toujours voulu garder un contact régulier avec lui, car je l’appréciais vraiment, mais il s’éloignait. Nous nous sommes revus un mois plus tard, et j’ai voulu comprendre ce qui se passait. Il m’a expliqué par message qu’il avait traversé des difficultés et faisait une décompensation. J'ai toujours été présent comme un ami fidèle, lui envoyant chaque matin des messages de soutien pour qu'il garde le moral.
Nous approchons maintenant de décembre, et cela fait presque un mois que je n’ai plus de nouvelles, en dehors de quelques messages sporadiques. Nos échanges quotidiens ont disparu. Le dernier message que j’ai reçu concernait l'acceptation de ma candidature à la réserve, en octobre. Depuis, plus rien, et les échanges se sont encore espacés.
Il y a quelques jours, j'ai décidé de lui envoyer un message pour savoir si quelque chose dans mon comportement avait pu le déranger. J'ai précisé que j'étais là pour en discuter, et que je resterai disponible, peu importe la situation. Il faut savoir que je n’ai jamais cherché à tirer parti de son travail ; notre relation, bien qu'initialement professionnelle, s’est vite transformée en amitié sincère. Pour moi, cette relation a été plus que bénéfique, car grâce à lui également j’ai pu évoluer, accepter pleinement qui j’ai été (entre temps j’ai beaucoup changé et beaucoup évolué)
Pour information, il continue de regarder mes rares stories sur Instagram. Il y a donc probablement eu un malentendu ou un problème de compréhension. J’ai envie également d’aller au bout de cette aventure et qu’il puisse voir, le rêve d’un enfant à la base qui avait 14 ans, et qui revoit l’homme qui à été les origines de cette histoire.

Hi! I’ve been deep diving on Reddit and have come up with no solution to my problem. I’m seeking an all inclusive resort that has a kids club for children ages 1 & 2. Most of the kids clubs seem to start at age 3. So ideally what I’m looking for is an all inclusive where I have the option to drop my two children off for a few hours in the morning so I can enjoy the resort with my husband for a bit before scooping them back up for afternoon frolicking. Has anyone had success finding a place with a kids club for children so young. Is this a crazy idea to begin with? Open to all ideas at this point. Also want to add, yes I could leave my kids home but frankly I don’t want to. I love them and I know they would enjoy the beach and water park at a resort. Would love beach access and some time of “water park/splash pad” for the children. Thank you all for helping this newbie out.

I’m gonna be so honest with y’all, I never use this app. 😭 I just can’t remember this show I watched a few years back so I’m hoping a kind soul will help. My memory is horrid and I can only remember some key points of the show IF these are the key points of it. 🧍🏽 From memory (and vaguely at that) this is how the girl looked last I remember. Came out in the 2010’s (if not 20’s) and looked pretty modern! Definitely wasn’t anything retro. 😵‍💫 my memory is sooo hazy but I’ve been trynna find this show since yesterday.
It’s not a harem, or a comedy. It had some pretty serious themes. I’m thinking thriller. It’s not Kakegurui (a friend said this as a joke lol) The “she has a group of friends who’re girls” is lowkey vague i feel like. Think there was another girl with short hair, a bob specifically.
I doodled this for better insight but idk how well it’ll help. Hopefully it’s enough though. I don’t think it helps her features aren’t very distinct and unique (kinda like isekai mc designs n how most are copy and paste 😅) so it’s harder to pinpoint.
Anyways, I’m really sorry if this isn’t helpful 🥹🥹 I have short term memory and I’ve only seen this showing in passing years ago so I’m trying to remember to the best of my ability.
