I've been a devoted Christian for around 4-5 months now, I've given up cursing, lust/porn, using the lords name in vain etc. I got baptized, I read the bible everyday for around 30 minutes with my mother, I try to go to church with my mother, sometimes she can't because of work, but it's fine! I pray everyday, but absolutely nothing, I've thought about killing myself for everyday for like 3 weeks. Never gone through with it, my mother would be devastated. I have depression, overwhelming stress, and have prayed for the release of this, but nothing. Any advice?

2024.11.25 03:50 844SteamFan Having issues with my save on Xbox on Windows.
I edited my save to get back some lost progress (didn't save due to a lack of storage) and it worked fine the first time, but after I finished editing it (mostly removing the extra overclocks I shouldn't have) and put it back in it didn't work. Now when I try to open it when putting a save in it either doesn't work or starts the tutorial. I've tried reinstalling the game but that hasn't worked. What should I do?

2024.11.25 03:50 El_HombreGato If they ever did a live action RDR2 movie. Would you watch/play a Netflix "Choose your own Adventure" style mini series.
So you would have hour long episodes that followed to the main storyline. But then there could be little 10-20 minute episodes called "Stranger Episode" In the same way the game has Stranger Missions. I always view these as a awesome little bonus and if you have them sprinkled throughout the main storyline it would be almost like earning a "Stranger Episode". Like "Alright there a new Stranger Episode!" And then they would use the choose your own adventure style mechanic that they have for a lot of kids shows.
Just a shower thought I guess lol Just wondered what y'all thought about it and if anyone would actually watch/play it. I know I'd have a blast watching it with my daughter who loves to watch me play RDR2 but can't really graps the controllemechanics of how to play the game (She's 6).

My older brother recently graduated in 2022, and I'm wondering to what extent it will help me for Harvard REA. I know that the admissions office doesn't officially consider sibling legacy, but he has said that the number of sibling pairs he knew is certainly unusual.
Honestly, I'm doubting AOs will even notice sibling legacy since it was just one line where I indicated what school he got his undergrad degree. If they do look into this, he is a part of the 1636 Loyalty Society as a donor (nothing crazy, 4 figures/year), as well as a part of the Harvard Club Of Boston.
My school typically sends 1-3 students to Harvard. Based on our history of admitted students and the strength of our current year, I know my profile is strong enough with many international awards from research, competitions, conferences, and selective programs. Even so, I do think I will be deferred. I'm wondering if maybe sibling legacy will help me to an acceptance in the early round?? Does anyone else know anything or have experience with this (for Harvard or any other similar school)? Sorry if this sounds so speculative or uninformed, I've spent wayyy too much time worrying.
