Neighbors called me for help when they found a sick kitten, eyes glued with puss-like substance and with drool all over. Rushed to them vet, they confirmed it as an URI and started treatment. Once there I got a call of 2nd kitty being found then had to rush back to my place and then to the clinic again. Needless to say, I forgot ask to ask them some things.
Today one of them pooped some massive worms, the one that has been eating the most had a big belly, not sure if because of the food but I recall it may be a symptom of intestinal parasites. I can't add images to the post but the invoice has the following items:
- Convenia 0.1ml
- Azithromycin 200mg/5ml Suspension. I've to give them 0.1ml every day.
- Tobramycin 0.3%. I've to give them1 drop per eye every day.
- NexGard Combo
Is any of these treatment for worms/parasites? The clinic is closed until Tuesday, I don't want to bring them elsewhere but I rather err on the side of caution. They are improving but being around 8 weeks they're fragile also.
There were 4-5 worms longer than an adult's index finger. The stool wasn't like splattered but more like swirly soft, wet with the worms amidst it.

My current favorite games are balatro, geometry dash, and Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead. These are outstanding games, but when I'm a little bit pissed off at something these are certainly not the best choices. I want something like Doom 2016 where I can just haul off at vent some frustrations at digital sprites. I'm not quite sure what that entails on an android but I'm very open. Any genre, paid, emulation, whatever. Just want something to get aggression out basically. Thanks!

We are long distance, 7 hours apart. Before we even dated, we texted constantly and I jokingly called him my boyfriend to my friends. Our conversations are fun and he's sweet.
Seems like our values align and we want the same things (monogamy, kids, we are both career focused).
Over time though, I find myself feeling less attracted to him. The sex isn't quite what I wanted. And I'm noticing things I don't like.
For example, He doesn't have hobbies. When I'm out playing volleyball and roller skating, he's mostly at home watching TV. He isn't exercising.
If I'm honest with myself, I'm not excited to see him gets into town tomorrow evening.
Tldr: I'm wondering if it's just the distance, and we are actually great together and I really like him, and I'm just forgetting because of the distance. Is it normal to have this kind of apprehension about partners in relationships

Knowledgeable people, I bought this awesome guitar from a private party in CA more than 10 years ago. I was not the informed buyer that so many on this sub are, and I’m more an acoustic player (though my first real electric was a 1966 blonde Tele that I bought new - alas, that’s a different story).
All that said, based on what I’ve researched, I believe this is a 1997-1998 G&L ASAT Deluxe HH Chambered, though I’m not sure what HH and Chambered actually mean. The decal serial on the headstock is CL067xx. I play this through a Fender Super Champ and it’s amazing, well beyond my capabilities. I’d love to hear from the wise G&L mavens about what I actually have here. Thanks in advance!

I hope I’m in the right subreddit. I’m a student in the Master of Teaching program at the University of Toronto, but I’m heavily reconsidering if teaching is for me and was actually thinking of withdrawing, but the thought of having no alternative plan is making me a little lost and hesitant. My practicum was truly enough to make me see I cannot see myself doing this every single day. I’m starting to look into other careers where I still work with children, preferably in an educational setting, and one happens to be OT but I don’t know much about it. For those who are OTs for the school board, or even those that work with kids, what is your role? I really appreciate the insight!

I will say the highlight of my 2024 was going to see Creed and 3 Doors Down. Me and my best friend of 28 years both got into rock at about the same time. Creed and 3DD was our gateway bands. Getting to see them live (I've seen 3DD about 8 times now) was such a surreal experience. We did the meet and greet and sound check party ad well which was absolutely cool. Cannot wait to see them again in the future!
