2024.11.25 05:22 LostLocalForeigner Windows 11 Update Issue (11/21/2024)

I got a prompt to update Windows that caused some inicial issues where I ended up being sent directly to Windows Recovery environment on system boot up. I eventually undid the update and then redid them once I was allowed back in normally.
After thinking I was done with the issue I let my computer due a few other Windows updates I was prompted to do after the system restart and took a nap shorty after turning my computer off when the updates were done. Now I return to my computer and I can't even get past the motherboard brand logo on boot up, anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?
I already accessed the Bios to see if it was set to something other than the Windows Boot Manager or if CSM Support was enabled (which it is now) but neither of these things have resolved my issue.

CT: Game Master-Kyoraku can summon tops that he can imbue Simple Domains within. He must enter to activate them, but the Domain suppresses CTs and forces him and an opponent into a game of his choosing.

Tops: Shunsui can summon tops without inscribed games that he can fire as bullet-like projectiles or manipulate curtains and barriers.
Binding Vow: Fair Play-opponent must have a chance to win these games
Mountain-Summons infinite climbing mountain that players must ascend within 60 seconds. The higher up one gets a CE boost, while the loser receives the damage as if they’d fallen from the height they’d climbed.
Shadow-Spotlighted area where players must step on each other’s shadow. Winner gains control of the loser's shadow, can hide themselves or objects within, or create a Shikigami that assaults the loser.
Lustrous-Name a color on the other’s person and attack it, hitting it increases damage, while hitting any other does no damage.
- Risk/reward increases depending on the amount of the announced color the attacker is wearing, even enhancing physical abilities.
Daruma-One player is marked “it” and marks a target towards them. Other player can travel at superspeed along this path to attack them. However if “it” sees the other player in motion, CE is suppressed and game ends.
Shade Staring-Players stare at their shadow to give them precognition of their opponent’s moves. The length of staring at their shadow determines the clarity of their foresight, but balanced by the risk of being taken by surprise.
Pinky Promise-Forces all participants to tell the truth. If a player is any less than what they perceive as completely honest, it inflicts conditions. Numbness, then paralysis, then excruciating pain, then the Domain ends, with the loser forced into CT burnout.
Domain: Withering Pine, Lover’s Suicide-Summons a theatre stage with Shinsui and foe on separate sides of it. It subjects them to an inescapable Rakugo story of Shunsui’s recounting, and feelings of deep melancholy, portraying the foe of a man who wounded his lover, with Shunsui acting as the lover.
- 1st Act-Any wounds that Shunsui and his foe have suffered are shared by the other.
- 2nd Act-His foe’s wounds begin to bleed profusely and inflict them with an enervating sickness that can be fought against with CE
- 3rd Act-The theatre begins to flood. This water can be breathed in as long as CE is actively applied to it, though it rapidly drains it. Whoever’s CE drains first, or drowns first, triggers the 4th act.
- 4th Act-If Shunsui has survived thus far, a white thread is wrapped around his foe’s throat, ignoring any resistance to let him decapitate them.
- Binding Vow 1: Practically impenetrable in return for only being applicable to one foe.
- Binding Vow 2: Effects do not trigger if the Domain is being interfered with (Anti Domain Techniques) in return for damaging Shunsui.

Cursed Tool: Twin Daisho blades.

CT: Vortex-Simply put, Sui Feng can generate and control gales of CE infused wind

Vortex Skimmer-Wrap her air around herself, allowing herself great agility and redirecting glancing blows.
Wind Step-Allow Sui Feng to float and propel herself through the air.
Muffle-Sui Feng can muffle the sound she makes.
Vortex Cutter-Concentrates her wind around her fist to generate focused blasts of incredible wind pressure, or give her physical blows these abilities.
Thunder Duke-Uses her vortex to act as propulsion for specialized explosive or poisoned projectiles she carries on her person.
CTR: Hypoxia-Drain the air from an ever increasing radius

Cursed Tool: Bee Crest Flower-Gauntlet with a stinger. Landing a blow with this stinger creates a butterfly shaped blow that acts as a chink in any CE based reinforcement. Striking this crest with Bee Crest Flower again deals a blow with force rivaling a Black flash, and injecting a potent venom. The downside of this is that Bee Crest Flower’s crest cannot be used on them again, and while the poison still works, its potency is severely reduced.

As a family ritual, Sui Feng has been subjected to the Bee Crest to immunize her against it.

CT: Body Alchemy-Unohana can manipulate and transmute the matter of her body to achieve a variety of effects.

Blood Alchemy-Unohana can turn her blood into a variety of medicines.
Blood Manipulation-Given her control over her bodily tissue, she can recreate the Kamo family’s Blood Manipulation Technique, and can add a poisonous element to it.

RCT: As a healer, Unohana has an incredible mastery of RCT, and can use it on herself and others, and often uses RCT to remake the flesh and blood that her Body Alchemy expends

Maximum: Minazuki-A stingray Shikigami formed from a large amount of her flesh. It can hold up to six people, its body fluids are medicinal, and applies RCT within it.
Domain Expansion: All Things End-A low lit sea of blood which Unohana has complete control over. If any of that blood enters a foe’s wound, it gives her a measure of control over their body, which she uses to break them down on a cellular level.

CT: Thousand Cherry Blossoms-Byakuya creates and controls cherry blossoms that carry a minute gravity altering effect. While small by themselves, the effect stacks rapidly with each petal, allowing Kuchika to create constructs of these petals and warp gravity within their field.

Solemn Field-Scatters the petals around him, weighing down any who enter it.
Weight of the Heart-The petals stick to foes, increasing their personal gravity, weighing them down.
- Maximum Output-Byakuya suddenly and violently encases a foe in petals while increasing their gravitational effect, causing them to violently implode.
Flying Lotus-A construct of densely packed blossoms with a repelling effect that Byakuya can use as either a flying carpet like movement aid or shield.
Blossom Wings
Maximum Technique: Sakura Singularity-Condense the Cherry Blossoms into an orb with a massive gravitational attraction, capable of pulling foes, physical objects, and even CE to an extent towards. It can also be launched forward as a devastating attack.

CTR: Petal Cutter-The summoned petals lose their gravitational effect, and in return harden into a storm of sharpened flechettes that Byakuya uses to rip foes apart.
Domain Expansion: Thousand Blade Maw-A sakura forest filled with unnaturally floating cherry blossoms. The Sure hit increases the gravity twenty fold, and if they survive that, then Byakuya can turn the cherry blossoms into a storm of blades to pierce or rend opponents.

CT: Heavenly Retribution-Allows the user to summon the armor and sword of a giant spectral samurai. Alone, the pieces are stationary, propelled straight out from where they’re being summoned (though the angle on the sword can be varied for piercing or slashing) more CE needs to be spent to summon more of the armor to increase mobility.

Crust Splitter-Summons swords and arms up to shoulder to allow the sword to be swung.
Helmet Dome-Summon the helm around Sajin and allies to act as a shield
Maximum Technique: Ruination-Summons the full armor suit.

CTR: Black Raiment-Summons the armor on a human scale, creating an armor super condensed CE. This has the odd and concerning side effect of effecting the soul

Maximum: Repulsion-Shatters the armor, releasing the condensed CE and transforming Sajin into a powerful Cursed Spirit with an appearance that combines a wolf and classical depictions of Oni

CE Trait: Cold-Toshiro’s CE is very cold, and can be focused to create ice, while also giving him resistance to extreme temperatures.
CT: Ice Ring-Toshiro’s Technique begins with the summoning of Dragon Shikigami of variable form, made out of a CE infused ice. The shikigami can best be described as dispelling heat from a chosen area, creating a positive environmental system that further drains heat, and can create violent weather patterns. It can also, of course, attack with gusts of nitrogen gas and beams of freezing CE.

Ice Construct Creation-The ice generated by the Shikigami and its weather patterns is under Toshiro’s control, and he can form more in Ice Ring’s environmental system.
Ice Puppet-Create an ice sculpture in his own image, with his CE signature so he can confuse opponents.
Maximum Output: Subjugation of the Heavens-Send the Shikigami outwards to create destructive weather patterns, growing much stronger
Maximum Technique: Grand Dragon-Sacrifice the Dragon Shikigami and all its accumulated armor to create Icy Draconic armor, with the ‘cold’ becoming Condensed CE.

CTR: Sublimation-He transforms Ice Ring’s accumulated ice into steam, creating a rapid increase of heat, incinerating foes and causing violent weather patterns
Domain: Sit Upon The Frozen Heavens-A frozen hellscape surrounded by six pillars of ice. The sure hit freezes all matter within a short buildup, reaching absolute zero and freezing opponents solid.

CT: Oni-The more bloodlust he feels, the stronger he is, slowly transforming him into a horned, red skinned, and super tough oni with an aura of violence that causes foes to freeze in fear. But this comes with the loss of his mental faculties.
Cursed Tool: Eyepatch-A specialized eyepatch that reduces his vision, increasing his personal risk in a similar way to Revealing Your Hand, and inflicting constant pain that stokes his bloodlust but focuses his mind.
Cursed Tool: The Weather Beaten One-A war cleaver that transforms its wielder’s sheer desire for bloodshed and violence into slashes of CE not dissimilar to Sukuna’s Dismantle.

Heavenly Restriction: In exchange for a feeble constitution and lingering illness, Ukitake has an incredible sensitivity to CE flow somewhat comparable to Six Eyes, allowing him to predict movements, attacks.
CE Trait: Water-His CE is fluid and can be harder to maintain around his body.
CT: Mirror Lake-Ukitake can conjure a pool of water around his feet that he can manipulate as a shield, lashing whip, and a variety of water based shikigami. But most interestingly, he can “catch” directed CE and CTs with it, and based upon his understanding of it’s workings, dissolve and absorb the CE to add to his reserves, making him one of few sorcerers that the Revealing Your Hand maneuver is basically useless.

Twin Fish-Two Fish Shikigami that orbit Ukitake to better defend him.

CTR: Cursed Reflection-Ukitake can release any CT that Mirror Lake has caught, though only ever up to 80% of its power and effectiveness if caught.
Domain: All Waves Rise-A placid lake under a clear blue sky. Sure Hit gives Ukitake information of his foe’s CT, allowing the waters underneath to turn their own Cursed Energy against them.
Cursed Tool: Mimihagi-A conscious Cursed Tool in the form of a hand, surgically replacing Ukitake’s arm. Once belonging to a powerful Sorcerer, it’s imbued Technique is Stagnation, the inhibition of change, such as the progression of Ukitake’s illness, maintaining his physical sturdiness, mitigating injuries, and solidifying his CT, allowing it to hit harder.

CT: Hollow World-One of the most powerful and effective illusion techniques ever recorded, capable of fooling all of a target’s senses and CE detection and directly affecting the mind to inscribe the illusion as the truth, even if it’s revealed. Strangely enough, the more insidious mental effects can be negated by reinforcing the soul with CE.

CTR: Sensory Deprivation-Aizen can rob a target of all of their senses, trapping them in a black void within their mind.
Domain: Ideal World-This Domain is unique in that it mimics the outside environment. Within, Aizen can subject his foe to whatever illusions he desires, and in a way, minorly alter their soul through their mind, which includes nigh irreversible brainwashing.

Cursed Spirit Physiology: Through a variety of techniques, rumored communication with Kenjaku, and even the historical methods used by Ryomen Sukuna, Sosuke has twisted his form into a powerful Vengeful Cursed Spirit. (Think his Final Fusion Form)

RCT Intolerance-Relatively limited in comparison to “pure” Cursed Spirits, and he can relatively easily make up for his lack of CTR.
