Ugh. I just had laser litho end of August to get rid of a stone. I now have a new 4mm stone causing aggravation. In addition, my urologists office is closing up shop the end of the month. I’ve been calling trying to get in to see him before they close and the most they could do is get me an X-ray to see where the stone is at, which I super appreciated. However, my results say “Probable 4 mm stone over right renal silhouette.” All my other scans in the past have given me a clue where the stone was at, this one, I can’t figure out at all! Maybe it’s a stupid question but can anyone dumb this down for me. TIA

I’ve been to ENT. He only gave me nasal spray. Post nasal drip is bad these days that’s why i have a lot of mucus causing severe bad breath. I’ve tried gargling with salt but i dont know if it’s enough. It’s embarrassing and frustrating. I don’t know what to do. I’ve had this allergy years ago, tried everything. Nothing worked. I dont know why post nasal drip is worst these couple weeks.
I regularly go to the dentist and been there just 2 days ago. brush my teeth 3x a dag, gargle, tongue scraper, water floss. so i’m sure its not because of oral hygiene because I can smell the mucus.

21m cannot sleep for whatever reason. Tried taking zzzquil and melatonin. No effect. This is so strange. I don’t feel tired at all. I feel wired. I had coffee as I usually do in the morning. I didn’t take anything stimulating tonight. I just don’t understand what’s going on. My brain seems to be restless completely. My heart seems too active at this time. All my worries and everything won’t even leave my mind right now. I don’t understand what’s happening.
Does anyone have any tips here?

A few days ago, I distinctly remember reading about someone's experience with an unexpected Easter egg for the camp chest. More specifically, they had found that with enough bodies placed inside, it would eventually begin leaking blood.
"Perfect!" I thought to myself. I had an evil necromancer run going, so a massive, bleeding stash of pre-undead would be both useful and thematically appropriate. And so, off I went to collect bodies. Gnomes and gnolls, drow and duergar, humans and half-elves and halflings and tieflings, any that I could find dead or kill myself went into the camp chest. I even collected a skeleton of indeterminate species for good measure.
As a side note to anyone who hasn't collected corpses before and doesn't realize quite was a chore this was, you can't right click dead bodies and send them straight to camp. You have to put them into your character's inventory- and they're heavy, so even with potions of hill giant strength you're limited to two per person- go to camp, open the camp chest, open your inventory, and click and drag the body from one to the other.
In the end, I collected one hundred and one corpses. I made Bhaal PROUD.
And not a DROP of blood has spilled from my camp chest (though it did have what looked to be very faint stink lines for a bit. I'm not sure why those went away, but maybe my party got sick of the smell and put nose plugs in). Olfactory warfare against my party aside, though, whoever put these false dreams of blood spilling from my camp chest into my heart, please come here and explain yourself. I promise I just want to talk.
And maybe put you in the chest afterwards.

2024.11.25 05:47 raried EOS 30D crashes if I do almost anything
Less than a month ago, I decided to buy a Canon EOS 30D from Keh that was in excellent quality. It has been great so far and I've taken over a thousand photos.
Today, I decided to take it out and take some photos at night when I pressed the button for the pop-up flash and the camera immediately crashed. Turning it off and on again normally wouldn't work, so I had to reload the battery. After that, I decide to just try taking a photo without the flash. Crashed again. Reload battery. I get confused so I go back indoors and try it again with proper lighting. Crashed once more. I'm able to turn on the camera and open the menu and scroll through it, however options like sensor cleaning causes the camera to crash.
Basically any button I press or setting I change that physically moves the camera in some way will cause the whole body to crash and I have to reload the battery. I've tried different lenses, CF cards, cleaned the sensor, and nothing. I haven't seen any bent or missing pins. I'm at a complete loss.
Anybody able to help? I'm aware that I still have the 6-month warranty from Keh so if I can't fix it I'll just send it in.
