context: bro was talking about how his life is shit for the past 2-3 yrs and how he is short and that is hindering him and he also had depression and blah blah blah . the last thing he said was "there is a girl i have a crush on her birthday is few days later but i cannot bring my courage to go and give her a present which i really wanted to"

I HAVE SAID SOME BOLD STATEMENTS AND CURSES WHICH MIGHT OFFEND SOME PEOPLE . I DIDNT WANT TO BUT I HAD TO. THANKS LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MYSELF, I AM SOMEONE WHO SCORED 92% IN 10TH BUT NOW IN 12TH I AM NOT EVEN ELIGIBLE FOR JEE AND AM PREPARING FOR NEST EXAM. I HAVE BEEN IN A DEPRESSED STATE FOR MANY YEARS . I HAVE BEEN BULLIED IN SCHOOL AND MANY MORE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME STATE THAT YOU ARE IN AND CAME OUT SUCCESSFULLY
FOLLOW WHAT I SAID THROUGHLY AND I A RANDOM STRANGER GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIX YOUR LIFE AND ACHIEVE GREATNESS. I WROTE IT NOT FOR YOU BUT FOR MYSELF, MOST OF THE POINTS I WROTE MAY NOT BE SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN BUT I HAVE APPLIED ON MYSELF AND AM STILL APPLYING. KNOWING THAT IT IS GOING TO BE HARD, MANY POINTS YOU WOULD FEEL LIKE SKIPPING BECAUSE IT IS TOO MUCH WORK BUT BELIEVE ME THE REWARD IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE HARDWORK YOU PUT IN
  1. Get some money and give tha gal a fucking present maybe a dress or somthin. wear good clothes on that day put some perfume on too.
after that forget about her . you have to take responsiblity of your own life before you can take on others . ( this one is for a guy i saw on comments)
  1. STOP WATCHING PORN AND MASTURBATION
  2. if you don't watch congrats your condition is still better than what mine was .
  3. many people argue that it is not bad . it relieves stress blah blah blah
  4. if its not bad so leave it na whats the issue .
  5. the truth is you are addicted and dont want to come out so you lie to yourself by pulling science and all.
  6. GET PHYSICALLY ACTIVE
  7. start going out for walk, go to some playground, grass if you can find and walk bare feet believe me this single handedly will fix you . i am not bringing this out of my ass. accr to huberman walking bare feet on grass removes negative-(i dont remeber what he said) from our body and we feel better
  • you dont need to wake up early, go at 9am or 4 or 5pm best time children will be playing there go play with them [ i do this i feel better when i see them laughing and shouting without any fear or worry about the world . i see myself in them]
  1. "YOU ARE NOT AS GOOD AS YOU THINK ALSO NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK"
  2. you think that your life is the worst, you are feeling all these emotions, you are alone there is no one to help you. BUT in truth its not everyone is feeling the same.
so know it you are not in hell dude. you can comeback . i have read so many biographies auto-biographies of people coming out of even tougher situation most famous example is david goggins himself.
  1. ONE CAN ONLY DEPEND ON ONESELF
  2. Everyone else will give up on you, if you disagree either you have not seen reality or have been in the top 1% of your competition
  3. if you fail constantly a time will come when even your own parents will give up on you . at that point no one in this entire world will be with you other than one person . YOU
  4. so Love yourself know even if the whole world is against You, there is someone will there standing along You.
  5. No matter how many bad decision you have took in life and will take in future never hate yourself
"IF YOU GIVE UP ON YOUR OWN SELF WHAT CAN YOU DO"
  1. NOW Get a fockin piece of paper and write down everything you hate about you and want to change
  2. write it point wise no. 1 2 3
  3. make it as accurate and personal as you can . you are writing it for yourself not others to read
  4. make it atleast 50 points long write everything, dont exagerate it or make it look like nothing happened be raw and real with yourself
  5. give your pain a structure, a shape understand it, feel it derive power from it.
  6. now that all your problems are known find solutions to those problems. lets be real you know what you need to do, it just sucks to do it
  7. write out the solutions to the best of you abilities
  8. now search out the problems on yt see video of people like swetabh gangwar mensutra ( now known as theory of power)
  9. read books on your problems some i recommend is CANT HURT ME BY DAVID GOGGINS and
  10. Dopamine detox
  11. Immediate action
  12. Powerful focus
  13. Strategic mindset
all these books are short and to the point and provide real and practical solutions
write problem-solution again this time neatly and paste it on the wall and read it at all times not just morning or evening. you should read it so many times it should be printed deep in your soul. all your problems and solutions to the problems should be on your tongue.
  1. now you know the problems and the solutions, you just need to TAKE ACTION.
THIS IS THE SINGLE STEP THAT DIFERENTIATES A WINNER FROM HERD OF LOSERS.
  1. DO LESS BUT DO IT EVERYDAY
  • at first take small steps like studying for 30 min and put on a timer and actually pull it off no washroom in btw no drinking water no mom calling in btw to brink chai pati . no bs
  • dont set unattainable targets becoz you will fail but are not mentally prepared to face it yet. so set small targets and acheive them . be proud of yourself if you studied for 30 min don't compare yourself to someone who is studying 15 hrs a day
  • he is at his 80% of his/her potential while you are at only 10%
  • The same strategy can be applied to everything be it exercise yoga meditation
  1. LAZYNESS
  • the sole reason you dont want to fix your own life is you are drowned in comfort . everything around you is making you feel comfortable physically so naturally no one would want to change that
So get the hell out of your comfort zone
Q-how do i get out of comfort zone? A- By physically ______ yourself yes you have to punish yourself with pushups pullups anything that gives you pain is good for you.( dont unalive urself dude)
  • once you get active physically you wont be able to sit still and do nothing your mind might resist but your body would help you to fight back.
-give yourself physical pain not mental have a calm mind we will see how in later points
11.PROCRASTINATION
  • the only solution write it on your hand with a pen or even better get a fockin tattoo " DO IT NOW". do it now, do it now, do it now, i do it now, i do it now chant this mantra everyday when you wake up
  • keep saying it to yourself till it gets inside of your genes
  • starting it is always hardest you might know about the concept of threshold frequency
  • believe me once you start the chances that you will finish it goes up to 80% (yeah i pulled that out of my ass)
  1. FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED
  2. it is habit you have to develop it. always try to finish what yoh started dont leave it half complete, this is the reason startups fail they start strong but give up in between
  3. KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOING TO FAIL
  4. you will fail many times at that no matter what you do in life at first you will fail several times till you find the right way suited for you ro accomplish that goal .
  5. DOPAMINE DETOX
Dopamine is what pushes us to go after things we enjoy, like eating good food or having fun. But because of social media , video games, porn, etc it has become so easy to get dopamine you dont even need to move a muscle and just open insta reels and get ton of dopamine hits why would one want to study then.
  • it doesn’t even really make us happy,
  • after getting a dopamine hit it gets harder to focus on anything important.
  • So you start to procrastinate.
see this evil cycle Now break it by reading the books i mentioned above
  1. PRIORITIZE YOUR DAY
  2. pick one thing if you did everyday will lead your life to success for us students it would be to practice questions . similarly it might be different for you
do that first in the morning like practice 100 qs it might take 4-5 hrs done rest of the day enjoy.
highly productive habits (morning) ----> less productive habits (evening)
  • once you start doing things you will start feeling better about yourself
  1. YOUR HABITS DECIDE YOUR OUTCOMES
  2. you are a product of your habits, if you want to change who you are change your habits
e.g of habits - practicing qs first thing in the morning - exercise 10 min at first - not using social media until 5pm later take it to 9pm
  1. REWARD SYSTEM
e.g only using social media after studying for 10 hrs -if you didnt study then dont use.
  1. BE BORED
  2. yes this step will single handedly boost your focus and productivity to the extreme
  • when ever we tend to get bored we open reddit or insta and start reading posts or watching reels bug thats wrong
  • do you think the toppers who ace the exams you try so hard to get qualified use social media . no they don't uhm maybe few but there are always expections.
  • so atleast 1 hr a day do nothing but be bored sit still or lie in bed dont think anything ( sounds like meditation no ) see how easily i tricked you into doing meditation haha you dumb creature
  1. IMPORTANCE OF SURYANAMASKAR
  • I cannnot explain to you guys what sort of magical thing this yoga is that our ancestors created.
Suryanamaskar is a set of 5 yoga poses when done correctly has the power to -increase your focus -boost confidence -increase physical strength ( not same as picking up weights but you will still be stronger than an ordinary person) - Fires up your neural connections so better brain health and many more health benifits
there also a kahawat/saying (i dont know if its true) that if you do the same no. of suryanamaskar as your age (like if you are 18 then 18 times) then u will never get any ailments and live a healthy and long life
  1. DAVID GOGGINS METHOD
  • You must heard it atleast once CALLOUS YOUR MIND, STAY HARD...
so what does it mean ?
  • it means to repeatedly do things you hate to do and do it like you love it
why do you need to do this?
  • by doing this a part of your brain called (idgaf) grows which directly strengthens your will power which will help you fight depression and lazyness.
  1. WHAT WOULD HE/SHE DO?

"Before you can do something you need to become the person who can do it"
  • create a personality in your mind be it some cool anime character or some person you admire or think is cool
  • think what would that person do if he was in my place , what decision would he make, would he sit down and waste time on reddit instead of working on his goals.
  • NOW FOCUS ON BECOMING THAT PERSON : is he physically fit? is he smart? can he face all obstacles that come in his way or does he break down and cry?
  • NOW GIVE THE STERRING OF YOUR LIFE TO HIM/HER YOU ARE NO LONGER THE OWNER OF YOUR YOURSELF YOU DON'T DESERVE IT . NOW THAT PERSON IS GONNA CONTROL YOU, TAKE DECISIONS FOR YOU UNTIL YOU BECOME WORTHY TO TAKE THE STERRING BACK FROM HIM/HER.
After writing all this i realised where i am going to post it in - reddit . fuck, a bunch of low life losers are gonna argue with me in comments. shit but no worries thats why 99% people will remain average. even though i want to help but i cannot if you yourself dont wanna change yourself.
● STORY TIME
i really hate this quote "rules are meant to be broken" i have wasted 2 years of my life for this shit . i was enrolled in a coaching but didnt attend classes because the teacher were avg not like the ones on yt . so i thought i would sit at home and prepare from best teachers in india but couldnt i procratianted everyday lied to myself i will do it tommorow and after sometime when the same thought came to my mind i realised tommorow i my 12th boards what am i gonna do? somehow i passed my boards.
so yeah what do you learn from this
if only i had not fought back against the rules nor had tried to find better alt. and had just listened to what they told me to do i would be sitting in some nit many of my frnds are in nits.
  • FOLLOW WHAT I SAID EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHY. YOU WILL FIND OUT LATER MAYBE MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS LATER, YOU WILL LOOK BACK AND REALISE THAT GUY FROM REDDIT WHO LOOKS HOT AND SEXY IRL WAS RIGHT.

this sounds so embarrassing but I literally made accounts for that person. I met my LO once, went on an awkward date where shared a hug after and that was enough for me to latch on for months. I thought I was going crazy.
I signed up for social media when my LO asked, then we never spoke again, but I got such a rush seeing my LO’s icon watching my stories. I was actually going out more so I had things to post (and show off). Now that that’s over I feel myself regressing into the homebody I was.
Ngl, I do feel sad that I can’t keep up with my LO anymore, but I finally feel like myself again. No more looking for signs that aren’t there or connecting dots when the simplest answer is that if my LO wanted to reach out, I would’ve gotten a notification already.

I have this example code

when running this I get the error "error: array literal requires address-of operator (&) to coerce to slice type '[]i32'"
When changing the code you get
print_array(&arr); 
which instead gives the new error message: "error: expected type '[]i32', found '*const [5]i32'". I have tried searching for how to do this, but I couldn't figure anything out so I would appreciate some help
