So I'm gonna get this kit for my 7 yr old (which I might play too), but I'm having trouble finding out what ELSE I need to get with it.
After some research on here this is what I had in mind:

Is the Vari V2410 OVERKILL or UNDERKILL? For the life of me I cannot tell. There's the 8 inch and 12 inch for +/- $50. I'm good saving fifty bucks or spending fifty more. I also have a spare Monolith 12 inch subwoofer I can use as well--but I would prefer not to take up the extra space if the PA is good by itself.
This is kind of a setup for him but also something I can play around with since I haven't played in over 20 years...that's why I'm going with this as opposed to the cheapest model, nor am i going as high as the Roland models. This seems like a sweet spot for our purposes. The speakers are the real mystery to me.

What causes Victor's characterization/motivations to shift so suddenly? He went from wanting to progress mankind and be able to prevent suffering to creating a hive-mind devoid of emotion or thought, but I didn't really see anything that caused the shift. It just kind of happened between Act 2 and Act 3, and it felt very out of character to me. He went from Messiah to Cult Leader and there was nothing that would convince me he would do that? Does anyone else feel that way?
Also don't get me started on Jayce's "your imperfections make you beautiful" line. Ick. Someone dying from a disease has every right to hate it and want a better quality of life, that's not an "imperfection", bro.

I had that moment the other day of realizing that I'm on a drug that will let me take a rest in that lifelong battle against my own brain. Over the last 2 months I have gone from Zoloft(ew!) to Effexor(no!) to Wellbutrin(NO!!). Its been a few weeks on Pristiq and I finally finally have had that feeling of.. cosmic hope. Everything will eventually balance out, I'll get it all together for myself eventually. I finally feel like I can handle an unexpected situation without crumbling. I hope it will last!

2024.11.25 05:38 kalin-gerdzhikov Will turning the wheel when it's not that easy to turn damage it?
So I bought a Logitech G923 racing wheel yesterday and played some City Car Driving. I set up the wheel myself, since the game doesn't give you any options for G923. But I noticed that it is somewhat hard turning the wheel and the force feedback on it was pretty good too. And since I am a bit paranoid, have I done any damage if the wheel was not that easy to turn and I've played an hour or two? Also, what can cause damage when using the wheel? Thank you in advance!
