Hi, anyone who wants to weigh in on this would be really helpful. I'll do my best to be super detailed. I don't think I'm dying or anything, but I do have a lot health-related anxiety and I tend to freak out when things feel wrong.
Stats:
26, Female, 5'1, 103-105 lbs, White, United States.
Diagnosed with ADHD and GAD. I take 10mg of Adderall XR sort of daily, but I do skip a lot of days when I don't have anything going on, Xanax for panic attacks. I do not smoke, but I have vaped for the past two years on and off (trying to quit as of recent), I do not smoke marijuana. I do drink socially with friends, and when I do it's max 4 drinks.
Complaint:
I feel like I've always had low-ish blood pressure, but the last time I went into the doctor the nurse made a point to ask me if I've ever gotten it checked out.
My blood pressure readings this year during my last few doctor's visits for a few different, random illnesses this year (sinus infection, strep, etc.) in order from most recent to longest time ago: 97/54, 99/57, 97/59, 107/61, 105/66, 105/62.
That kind of freaked me out, because I've never even thought of low blood pressure being an issue, but I'm wondering if it's contributing to something weird going on. For the last couple months, I've noticed random toes will go numb at random points during the day every so often. It's not every day, it's like maybe once a week-ish? They'll turn super white and stay numb/white for probably 10 to 15 minutes.
Other symptoms/things I've noticed besides my toes being numb and white sometimes: I do have pain in my left ovary (I feel like it's my ovary) randomly and I have super painful, horrible periods (I suspect it's endometriosis or cysts but I've never gotten checked out for it), I bruise really easily, I do wake up super tired most days and be exhausted the entire day unless I take my Adderall. I do have issues with gaining weight because I sort of struggle to stick to a normal meal schedule, I mostly eat one big meal a day with smaller foods otherwise.
I mostly just would love some suggestions to see what I should ask for or do when I go to the doctor, or what this might be pointing to. I've never had a full blood panel or hormone panel done, it all really freaks me out. I'm afraid of something being really wrong or underlying, like cancer or something.

2024.11.25 07:41 newmes Failing left-click on Surface Laptop trackpad: Fixable or not?
I've got an old Surface Laptop 3 which has served me so well, but unfortunately it now I have to press a bit harder if I want the trackpad to register a left-click. It's not physically harder to press, I simply must press harder if I want the computer to recognize it. Even then, some days it's around 50/50 in getting it to sense the click. Not good.
Is this something that a repair shop could look at and possibly fix? or is it most likely a lost cause?
I'm traveling abroad and would have to buy a laptop with a weird keyboard setup (Thai language, for example) and I'd rather not do that. That's why I'm keen on fixing this.

2024.11.25 07:40 Unable-Deer1873 On Stranger Tides sucks
Okay, this is the literal coldest take that this sub has seen today or probably this year. In Stranger Tides not only sucks at being a Pirates movie but it also as a movie in general.
It feels like everything this movie does never pays off. It introduces all of these new ideas but everything single one feels half-baked and ends before it gets interesting. The zombie pirates—lame; the voodoo doll—lame; weird mermaid love subplot—lame, Jack and Angelica—lame.
I actually think this movie would benefit with cutting out a lot of the fluff. The movie should have had a stronger focus on the Spaniards. Having the race between them and Blackbeard to get the fountain of youth would have helped make the story more concise.
I think the most criminal thing this movie does is neglect Barbosa’s story. We spent the past three movies with the Pearl and suddenly it’s gone. Barbosa is missing a leg and I think there should have been a flashback or that is what the movie opens with and that’s how Blackbeard finds out the fountain.
The visuals look really good but I think the characters and story suffer in the hands of cool set pieces. Jack feels incredibly Flanderized and he lacks a moral center the other movies nail. Blackbeard is an intimidating villain for sure but it feels like he and Jack don’t have the same stakes in this—so as a viewer, I am left to not care.
This movie is the epitome of the phrase “Jack of all trades, master of none.” It does so much that in the end, it does nothing well. I am shocked that people find the following film worse because from my experience, Dead Men Tell No Tales is way closer to the originals in quality than this.

Fakat Türkiye'de önümüzü göremiyor oluşumuz bizi korkutuyor, ya da turist gibi gelip gittiğimiz için İstanbul'a artık çok da insanların yaşadıklarını anlayamıyor olabiliri diye düşünüyorum.
Kendimiz gibi şartlarda dönen insanlar varsa, onların neler hissettiklerini yaşadıklarını merak ediyorum. Çünkü internette hep ya gurbetçiler, ya düşük gelir kazanan kişilerin dönüş hikayeleri, ya da propaganda videoları var.
Eğer dönüş yapanlar varsa deneyimlerini öğrenmekten mutluluk duyarım.

2024.11.25 07:40 Azvus Sound cut off at beginning of playback. Also stops when volume is low.
Short of re-installing Windows I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If I play music at regular volume, everything works fine. When there is a long quiet/ish pause the problem happens.
For example, the chime when changing the System Sounds lasts around 2, if no sounds have played in ~10 seconds the first half of the sound is cut off. Changing it after that sounds normal. If left silent, it goes back to starting half through the sound.
The sound also cuts out when playing games. I play with the ambiance and music low due to being a night owl. If I enter a much louder dialog, the sound works for ~10 seconds, then the sound goes off, even the music and ambiance.
It happens with my 3.5mm speaker out as well as my HDMI.
I have completely removed all sound drivers. Tried generic drivers. Tried Realtek drivers from the past 8 years. Fully removed and updated the Realtek console and drivers.
Checked all power saving features I could find were off. Including those in the device properties. Also checked that enhancements were off for all devices.
Checked the communication properties and made sure it was not set to reduce volume when on a call. Turned off the same setting in the Realtek console. Went as far as to remove microphone permissions and disable mic completely.

I just went on a 6 streak of playing against decks that have my typing weakness, then proceeded to go on 3 streak of opponents just pulling the absolute perfect hands. THEY LITERALLY RAN OUT OF CARDS TO PLAY IN THEIR HAND EVERY TIME AFTER TURN 4 AND HAD THEIR POKEMON SET UP

Hey so idk if anyone else has noticed but if you upgrade a suit that has the option for additional capacity, it also adds it to the suit you are wearing. Noticed that my capacity was somehow steadily creeping up and finally figured it out, tested it by leveling up current suit to maximum capacity, went to a vendor bought an explorer suit, purchased the upgrade and sure enough, value on my current suit jumped from 105 to 113. Try it out.

Hey guys, I have the opportunity to get Dell Precision T3600 or 3610 workstations, used, between 50 and 60 usd. They have e5 1620 v2 cpu paired with quadro k4000 (one of them has k4000 what I've seen on pictures).
I'm interested only in playing cs2, would this be doable when paired with rx580 8gb / gtx 1070 8gb and 32 gigs of RAM?
Never had one of xeons and I'm tempted to get it. From what I've seen 8c/16t cpus can be found on Ali if decide to upgrade this badboy in near future.
Sugggestions / thoughts welcome.
