I just figured out the tarots ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING!! It all depends on how you play. I put over 150hrs into 2 different stories (male/female) and got 2 completely different "readings" from Misty after collecting the cards. I made sure to finish collecting the cards and visited her at the same point, right after the search and destroy Hanako/sunset motel. (No clue if gigs effect this) This game is crazy!!!

It makes sense for there to be a public personas section somewhere, however I cant find anything like that. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to search for the communities personas and continue creating from there. Also ive come across people here talking about how the next step for personas would be to have the capacity to upload the audio of a voice like with eleven labs, then have the persona create songs that sound like that voice. This would be awesome!

2024.11.25 05:36 Wabascat I got attractive and it got to my head then ruined my confidence
Basically I was fat and not attractive up until age 20. Then I lost weight, grew out my hair and beard, dressed nice (nothing crazy, just decent) and then started to receive a ton of attention.
At first I didn’t believe the compliments because I was bullied for my weight for as long as I could remember. I also was always quiet and easily dismissed. But now people talk to me first depending on the friend/work group I’m in, and expect me to be outgoing and confident.
After a year or so went by and I started dating a girl who previously would’ve been way out of my league (and I thought still was at the time), and the compliments went straight to my head. I started to see myself as better than others, and thought there was something special about me because I was attractive.
Then another year or so went by and I realized how much it got to my head, and also realized I forgot where I had come from. I’ve humbled myself and everything has balanced out but that rollercoaster made me see the best and worst in both myself and others. But it’s ruined my confidence as I’m scared to appear ‘unnatractive’, and I’m not social or very smart yet people pay attention to me now in social/work settings, yet I really don’t want the attention.
Some big things I’ve noticed: -other guys treat me very poorly now. Whether they see me as a threat or as a “pretty boy”. It’s harder to make friends with guys now -people in general treat others based off their looks all the time, just subconsciously -something I never believed growing up but it’s true: looks really don’t matter all that much. I was the ugliest inside when I was most attractive on the outside
I’m not sure how to say all this without sounding cocky or ungrateful but I needed to get it off my chest.
TLDR: was fat, got attractive, got to my head, treated people like poorly, realized I’m not shit, now I’m insecure. Wish we could see people for who they are and not how they look.

So I only a few weeks ago discovered how rare it is to have total control over the tensor tympani muscle, (the muscle making the ear rumble sound) I genuinely thought everyone can do this. I've been able to do this since I discovered it at 3.

I(M19) recently hung out with a girl(F18) that goes to my university and things went pretty well. It was the first time we had met in person but had been texting every day for a little over a week leading up to it. We went out to get crumbl cookies and then to tj maxx to look for a specific perfume she was trying to find. It wasn’t ever really awkward and the conversation was flowing the whole time. We sat in my car for a little bit and talked before I drove her back to the school so she could study for her quiz she had later that day.
I ended up walking her back to her dorm and we talked outside it for a few minutes before saying goodbye and I felt really good about it all. A little later I texted her good luck on her quiz and I heard back from her that night saying she passed it and I congratulated her. That was the last I heard from her.
She hasn’t been posting anything to her story or anything since we spoke last Wednesday. It felt like we had a great time so I really feel lost about all this. I was a little concerned, so I sent a follow-up text thursday night apologizing if I did anything that made her uncomfortable and that I understood if she needed time and I left it there.
I found out from looking at another social media page of hers that she got out of a 2 year relationship earlier this year and over the summer started talking to someone new. Effectively, he love bombed her across 2 dates and then got back with his ex and left her in the dust. I didn’t feel great about learning that by this way, but I feel like this is part of why I haven’t heard back.
I recently got out of a 2 year relationship as well and have no remorse for my ex as it was an incredibly abusive relationship and it took a lot of work for me to get out of it. Part of me wonders if she knows or found out that I’m recently out of a relationship and that’s why I haven’t heard back. That maybe she’s fearful I’m going to love bomb her like she’s had happen before?
I don’t know what to do, I feel so left in the dark and bummed because I really did feel a connection between us. Do I wait for a response? It’s only been 4 days but I don’t really know where to go from here.
