32yr old Female, 160lbs, 2 weeks postpartum.
during my pregnancy i was prescribed a beta blocker (metoprolol) due to dealing with tachycardia that severely triggered anxiety attacks. i was prescribed 50mg a day. i continued to take it after birth as well.
a couple of days ago i noticed that i just wasn’t feeling good and that i had this constant tightness in my chest but just put it off to anxiety. a few nights ago i really just couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong so i decided to take my blood pressure just to be sure. my bp was slightly elevated for me (i usually run on the lower end) but i noticed that my heart rate was low at 55. the combination freaked me out so i went to the ER. while i was there my heart rate was ranging from low 40s-70s. they tested me for everything, i had ultrasounds of my legs, chest xray, ct scan, and 3 different EKGs. everything came back normal, but they suggested i follow up with a cardiologist. i made an appointment but the soonest they can see me is December 16th. they also suggested i cut my dosage of metoprolol in half.
now i am obsessively monitoring my heart rate throughout the day and most of the time my resting rate has been 70s/80s, sometimes it’s high around 100-105. higher with activity of course. but when i am laying down its dropping into the low 50s, high 40s. i dont really have any dizziness when this happens, however i can feel when its low. i get a tight feeling in my chest and feel a bit short of breath. my oxygenation is fluctuating between 95-99%. i’m just terrified im going to fall asleep and just not wake up 🥴
should i be concerned? is this because of the medicine i am on? i’m just really worried there is something seriously wrong and my appointment is so far away.

Hoy hice una pelotudez atomica. Estaba boludeando en telegram porque un amigo me habia pasado un grupo y vi a una persona que estaba "vendiendo contenido" resulta que el contenido eran videos de personas teniendo relaciones sexuales, hasta ahi todo normal. Yo pregunte y "compre" aun sabiendo que lo mas probable es q me iba a estafar, pero me arriesgue igual, como mucho perdia plata. El caso es que despues de depositar plata y que me estafaran, la mina empezó a extorsionarme pidiéndome mas plata, amenazandome también con escracharme en todos lados y hacerme una denuncia. Todo esto porque según ella estaba "comprando p... infantil" cosa que es totalmente falsa porque en ningún momento se hablaba de eso lo máximo que habia supuestamente eran videos filmados de "viajes de egresados" donde en teoria la mayoria son +18. El punto es que a mi esa plata me chupa un huevo y lo que pueda decir la mina tambien, yo no quiero que esto escale a algo penal porque no quiero que le de un infarto a mis viejos, soy un pibe de 20 años e hice una boludez pero nunca fue con la intención de hacer algo "ilegal". Mi duda es si realmente tiene con que denunciarme, porque yo creo que Promocionar, lucrar, estafar y extorsionar a alguien con "contenido ilegal" es mucho mas grave que lo que hice yo que al fin y al cabo fue una transferencia, no vi nada. Esa es mi duda, espero que me puedan aclarar un poco las cosas, creen que va a hacer algo o simplemente me quería asustar para sacarme plata?

Hello Hello! I’m Ryan and I am 30 years young (feeling older by the day though). I want to give you like a little about me, but I’m also very long winded so this could drag on and quickly. Moved to a new place so trying to keep myself occupied from how I have nothing to do lol. But I’ll try to keep this short.
I’m just looking for someone to talk to and just see what happens! And my old strategy of expecting someone to happen to reach for the same head of lettuce and strike up a conversation romcom style really isn’t working so far.
I play video games (on PlayStation mostly, just bought a pc I haven’t set up yet, and hit me up on the switch if you ever wanna play Pokémon too!), I watch anime and garbage reality tv, and I also like doing video editing and sound editing as like a side job/hobby. I watch other shows too but I feel like my list is already getting obscenely long. Huge sports enjoyer, love hot girl walks, and am always down to look at animal photos. Also 420 friendly here!
