I am level 11 with Accenture since past 2 years, I don’t have a project currently since two months, my previous manager has assured me that I will have a role with his team in a new project but that never happened. What should I be doing? I have mailed my DU regarding a release from it but they haven’t replied back yet. I have read about Accenture PIP and I am worried. Let me know if someone can help.

Okay, so I consider myself to be a good or above average player, ranked A1, I have been every alternate in episode battle except this one, never have I seen a battle so unfair, you get 45 seconds to beat frieza in his third form, but the bot acts differently, some how while being comboed while I’m in sparking, he can launch an unblock-able rush attack, and… in one instance.. we got in a rush clash 4 times in a row with no time in between.. I feel the bot on this level is designed to cheat doing things no other bots can do and or impossible moves . I have played this battle 20 plus times.. I’m ripping my hair out and promising myself not to smash my controller and uninstall. Any tips… it seems this bot is using mind reading unblockable attacks.

Recently, I have found my mental health deteriorating rapidly. Its because of the things that are happening in my work as well as my other surroundings..
I have usually taken comfort in my relationship. And i have recently experienced that my relationship also has been a factor for my mental health declining.
How do i get back up on my feet? When i have the urge to harm myself ? When im throwing up on purpose?

2024.11.25 07:29 sircrush27 Am I Alone? Winning in Standard feels bad.
I love brewing, historically, especially in Standard. Finding the right synergies and/or answers that aren't always The Meta™ but can compete with it is just a blast.
I've only been playing for a few years. During that time and at the beginning of it, I fell in love with Magic. So much strategy. So much personality. So much fun. In that time has always existed "unfair" interactions. But nowadays, even in standard, that feels like the norm. And it's killing my joy for the format.
I don't have the money to play limited all the time so standard was great fun in lieu of a lower powered format. The power level was low enough to rarely feel like the games were over before they started. I like that. A lot.
Enter today and now my favorite format has become what I don't enjoy about etetnal formats. In order to compete even modestly against other decks, I'm railroaded into using strategies that are what we call "unfair" and running with them doesn't feel very strategic. That is a HUGE bummer as the strategy is a big part of why I fell in love with Magic to begin with.
Is this style of highly powerful, difficult-to-stop interactions popular? Is this growing the game? Am I already a Magic boomer after only 4 years? Is this really the way to go for the aspiring premier format? Am I in the minority in thinking that we've gone WAY beyond power creep and the game is less fun as a result?
I don't think power creep is inherently a bad thing. But it's untempered and has accelerated in the last few sets at a rate that is unmatched in my experience thus far.
Again, am I just whining over something I'm perceiving inaccurately? Or is this foreboding sense that the strategies have changed and diminished legit?
Feel free to verbally smack some sense into me. I want to be wrong.
