I don’t understand. He started flirting with me all day, almost like love bombing. We agreed to start dating this morning after talking about it. Then he all of a sudden gets up and messages me saying that he doesn’t think he wants to date. He says he’s too messed up over his ex and that he doesn’t think he’ll ever be ready. I’ve always had the intention of restoring it to its former glory. It’s been sitting safely, and I’ve spent countless hours planning and imagining the rebuild.
However, life has taken a wonderful turn: my wife and I are expecting twins! While I’d love to hold on to the dream, I’m realizing it’s time to let it go to someone who has the time and passion to take this project over.
The car is in solid condition for its age, with the original 2.0L V6 engine and manual transmission. It’s a rare piece of history, especially in the U.S., since the Ford Taunus was primarily a European model. While I haven’t started any major work on it, it’s a fantastic candidate for restoration.
I’m looking for advice on the best places to sell it or where to find enthusiasts who might be interested in giving it the love it deserves. Should I go for platforms like Bring a Trailer, Facebook Marketplace, or local classic car clubs?
If anyone has tips or is interested themselves, feel free to reach out. It’s bittersweet to let it go, but I’d love to see it in the hands of someone who can bring it back to life.

I know it sounds bad, but hear me out! The initial jewelry was a flat back labret with a black gem held on by prongs. The day after I got my nostril piercing, the gem fell out when I was cleaning it. The prongs kept getting caught onto everything since it no longer had a gem. It was annoying and it hurt. I decided to go to a reputable piercer and switch it out to another flat back labret. He measured my nose (which wasn’t done when I got it pierced at another piercing shop) and I believe he switched the length of the bar, I am not sure. I’ve struggled with irritation bumps on my ear piercings so I am terrified of getting an irritation bump on my nose since it’s still new and I know I should wait to switch out the jewelry. The piercer said that the snugging of the jewelry due to the prongs would’ve done more harm than him switching out the jewelry. I just need reassurance that I won’t get an irritation bump 😭

So I'm doing methods and general 3/4 next year. For 1/2 methods, my end of year bound reference book was my summary sheets for each topic stapled together with pages of CAS codes and other stuff. I've been told to use a rules book for next year but wanted to get others opinions because I really liked how short and succinct the cheat sheets were together. Is there are downside? Should I have a proper bound reference? Please help because I don't want to start bound reference book making in term 2 haha

I have been on Tretinoin for a little over a year and have had amazing results so far. My acne has calmed down by 80-90%, new acne goes away pretty quickly, superficial scars/hyperpigmentation have disappeared, and a lot of my deeper scars look more evened out (although they are still there.. :/), etc.
Is there anything else to look forward to after the 1 year mark after having these results? Am I just on maintenance mode from here on out?
