Hello potential adventurers! We are recruiting for a play-by-post, asynchronous, DnD 5e westmarch!
The main setting is low-tech. (Sorry all you gunslingers 😔)
We are a new/growing community looking for open-minded people who want to join in a fun game, as we are willing to change and edit the rules at our table to provide an all-around more fun experience.
We currently do not plan to move to the 2024 5e+ ruleset completely, but don't be afraid to come in and tell us what mechanics you think make a good addition to the game! We might just use them! We've even made a few errant rules already in favor of the way some of the new 2024 rules are written for certain class features!
We aim to keep a smaller but active community, so we are using a questionnaire to bring in potential people. If any of this post seems appealing, please fill it out and shoot it to me in a dm!

  3. What's your experience with text-based roleplaying? Have you played in any other play by post servers?
  4. Out if the three pillars of DnD (Combat, RP, and exploration) which do you favor? Why?
  5. Are you familiar with PbP mechanics? (Downtime activies, commands) What about bots? (Like Avrae?)
  6. Our goal is to build a living, breathing, world. One that you can shape however you'd like with the companions you make along the way. What character ideas do you have? Do you have any goals or dreams you'd like to accomplish while you're here?
Our server is still currently very small. Around 20 or so active members. We make errant rulings and are starting to introduce homebrew into our world too! We aim to make a fun experience where you can explore and play with wild character ideas! Please make sure this sounds appealing to you before you apply!
Our server is exclusively play-by-post, utilizing tupperbox and avrae. We have a lot of varying timezones, so response times are sometimes quick, but it's not uncommon to see slow asynchronous scenes also!
We also offer a lot of dmless Downtime activies such as hunting, mining, and crafting!

So, in a random Telegram channel, I shared that I scored 74 in the LE 53. Suddenly, a few toxic individuals started commenting on my score, saying that 74 is a low score and that LE 53 was easy I should have scored 95 or higher. They also said that I wouldn't get into any national law universities (NLUs) and advised me to stop preparing for the CLAT and not take the exam
When I told them it was none of their business, and you should improve your score rather than giving advice to others the entire group began sending me abusive messages in my DMs. They are such toxic people! Just because I scored 74, they made fun of me, saying I was wasting my parents' money. I don't understand why some CLAT aspirants are so toxic.I really want to see their scores after the Clat

Just wondering about bear 🐻 trap. My alliance has rules about who we send, Jessie, Seo-yoon or Jasser as joiner captains.
If we don’t have any of them we send marches without heroes. I’m just wondering if we are missing out on valuable points this way.
For me it looks like my marches have less power if I don’t include at least one hero.

'S' 'O' 'L' 'O'. I joined this sub looking to share some location recommendations or hostel recommendations but every 2nd post is someone looking for a 'tRaVeL pArTnEr'.
Here's the answer you're looking for. No one is gonna be down to travel or tag along with someone they talk to on reddit especially in a country like India for a start and I can bet my whole inheritance that most if not all posts are made by my fellow XY chromosome beings. I mean, brother, if you're snarkily trying to talk to women and trying to go on a "solo trip" with them by talking on reddit, you're only gonna get scammed
If you really wanna have a travel buddy on a solo trip like you mean it, try staying at hostels and socialize with the fellow travellers there. That's your best shot at finding a travel buddy if your true intention is that for a start.
I was glad at first that there was a sub concentrated to only India relating to solo travel but atp im just gonna stick to the OG solotravel sub to actually get some recommendations and posts related to solo travelling

Does anyone know what constitutes modifying an ebike in california by the new ab 1774 law? The bike I'm looking at is marketed at a class 3. It has 750w and a top speed of 25 it claims. It Has a throttle so it wouldn't be class 3 compliant. But the speed can be limited in the settings. In fact the 25mph speed is on the unlock setting. Would setting the max speed at 20 and changing the sticker to class 2 be sufficient? The law states its illegal to modify outside of class changes where the speed surpasses 28mph. Alternatively I could just take the throttle off and make it compliant to class 3. Any thoughts?

This bill would prohibit a person from selling a product or device that can modify the speed capability of an electric bicycle such that it no longer meets the definition of an electric bicycle. Because the bill would prohibit a person from selling certain products, the violation of which would be a crime, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.

It seems I could change the speed setting (tamper or modify) within the legal framework of what a ebike is considered. It's only illegal to make it go faster than 28. I could take the throttle off have it compliant as long as the sticker says class 3. I could then make it a class 2 again if I wanted to by installing a throttle and setting max speed to 20 and replacing the sticker with a class 2 sticker provided I operate that bike on the 20 mph setting only. And add the class 3 sticker if i took of the throttle again.

Grew up in privilege, was a mean girl all through school, thinks she's better than everyone because of her private schooling even though she ended up at Columbia which is a Zionist stronghold, had daddy paid for everything and then married a rich douchebag finance bro and lives in a $4 million home and acts like she's scrapping it. Said finance bro husband is a spineless Canadian Simp. She would never be able to get an American red blooded male.

It’s why she got a job as a receptionist at a private equity firm. She was purposely looking for a mark like him. All that privilege that she thinks makes her so much better than other people, and she still failed at comedy and now she's the detested member of a podcast duo. Her mom was a failed artist. Her brother is a failed musician (think of when Claire makes a joke and you cringe… That’s her brother’s corny “music” and her mom’s “art”) and they act like their shit doesn't stink and that they are superior and more cultured to other people and oh so feminist and meanwhile it was the daddy supporting them all up until this day in their 30s (until Clare's rich husband took over the reins). And she just generally gives off such a rank vibe.
I love the concept of the show though, and celebrities have led interesting lives but I'm not going to take the time to read their memoirs so l listen while my blood pressure rises because of this bitch who thinks she has had more formal schooling than other people yet everything out of her mouth is so ignorant and the opposite of learned. Never has she said anything that has made me think that she is more enlightened or funnier or better equipped than other people yet she thinks her shit doesn’t stink. Would love to see these failed, pretentious "comedians" sell this podcast to more worthy hosts.
She followed in her mom's footsteps of finding a rich man while trying to portray herself as this renegade artist, when she really just runs into the arms of men to support her and then tries to not wear make up and have messy hair to show she's a feminist. And her husband is a spineless Canadian who she bragged about after she met him would sit around playing video games, waiting for her to come home so she also made sure to target a in her husband finding mission as a hedge fund receptionist a boarding school alum that she could dominate and she describes this is pretty much the dynamic in her parent’s relationship. Wow Clare, you really put that fancy education to good use didn’t you. Her mom got to be the loud opinionated domineering "artiste" who actually is just is one of those abstract painting hacks while a man foots the bill. She would yell to Clare about how “this is a feminist household“ while a man paid for her life as she painted a giant block of red underneath the giant blob of purple and called it high art (check out her Instagram linked on Clare’s) and her daughter made her life’s mission to find a rich man, but OK “feminists” go off. Her art “career” a lot like her own comedy “career” and her musician brother’s failed band. For all their supposed scholarship why can’t these people see themselves for what they really are? On top of this, the bitch is ugly and anemic looking.
Clare has such a elitist perspective of herself as being superior, and mentions public schools as being cesspool of ignorance and vou can tell she breathes sigh of relief that she never had to set foot in one yet for all her privilege out came a reprehensible human being who had to ride on the coattails of men her entire life and is hated as a Podcaster and fell flat on her face as a comedienne. CMBC has been active a few years now, and for the entirety of their duration, Claire has been notable only for being extremely irritable and the target of frequent online hate which is well deserved. I can't stand the bitch. She is the equivalent of a giant walking booger.
Yet oddly enough…this detested nobody has a condescending attitude towards people who did not attend private schools, boarding schools, the Ivy League. She got into Columbia not because she is intelligent, but because so many doors opened for her because of her daddy's money. (See Tinx.) These people are morons yet then have a superiority complex and can't see themselves for the subpar losers they are. Deep down I think Clare knows she’s scum because she gets so much hate and at this point, she has to stop wondering why it keeps coming her way in contrast to how people find Ashley acceptable. This is what happens when you’re coddled by your obnoxious, typical gumba Jersey mother who never became anything herself, but thinks fancies herself superior to others. Get off your high horse, Clare: I would be embarrassed to have a degree from Columbia. It's like yeah, don't think you're so great because you have a degree from an institution run by genocide promoting, murderous Zionists they tried to muzzle students speaking out against Western imperialism. Their brand is permanently tarnished. Think about what is really making the wheels at that institution turn. It is not erudition and freedom of thought. And think about why you’re in that $4 million house and why your comedy career failed and also think about what is allowing you to hang onto this podcast. It’s not your nonexistent “talent”… It’s because the podcast concept is novel and cool and Ashley isn’t as irritating as you and makes it listenable.
Ashley is tolerable, seems to have a quality friend group which tells you a lot about a person and seems down to earth. I have no clue how she puts up with Clare.
