and at the same time I'm just freaking out because my GPA will plummet and I'd lose scholarships and shit and ughhh

Hey guys, been lurking here a while, but I have a question I haven't been able to find the answer to.
I made a video that was 1:15 long, made for vertical format, but youtube has uploaded it as a horizontal. It's still vertical, so 75% of the screen on either side is black.
Is there a way to edit the settings and make this a short? Or is it stuck in the system and has to be less than a minute in order to be a youtube short?

I'm pretty confused about the M series and the whole unified memory vs ram.
So I realised maybe it's just easier to say what my last model was and what you guys consider is an improvement to it. Note: As I'm budget conscious, not looking for huge leaps.

Everyday use and also allowed me to play games like witcher 3 (bootcamp on an external powered hard drive though) and record and produce music via Logic. However this was close to maxing out its capacity.
Bonus points if I can get a refurbished one.
