Several years ago I delved into the dark side of the internet and found websites relating to blood and gore. Depending on the context whether accidental, murder caught on camera, etc. I would watch in fear knowing I have a blood phobia. I always hated doctors, needles, blood, etc. knowing that I would eventually black out and anxiety.
What better way to build tolerance than by continously watching these I thought. Over years of watching these vids I never did get over this fear, but instead developed interest in self-harm or homocidal-ideation.
Currently I am going to therapy bi-weekly for MDD and general anxiety due to fear of people wanting to hurt me. The saving grace I have is being on cymbalta which numbs my emotions, thus allowing me to maintain a job.
I mentioned to my therapist that I do watch these types of videos, yet I fear she isn't taking me seriously. I have this jackle and hyde persona, and have had several episodes of raging on people while not remember anything. Because of that I feel like a soon to be killer one day.
I have had my cymbalta dosage increased to 90mg, but I feel like it does nothing when I angry. It's like I want to seek revenge and hurt those who hurt me.
I want to get over this fear of blood, but very concerned about how I would achieve this. How does one even get over the fear of blood?

I'd like to get the FNG from covert instruments but after shipping it would cost me about $40 CAD so. I'm exploring other options.
Do any of you have recommendations for cheap beginner sets I can get in Canada? A clear lock would be nice but at the end of the day I can live without one.
