We both chuckled then looked up at each other, whipped out our phones and started a dead silent googling frenzy. This... is how I learned that semen actually is high fodmap. We were stunned. It's actually so funny still that neither of us can even be disappointed about it. It's also still way to embarassing to tell anyone other than my best friend. But for the community, I had to let yall know.

Since early puberty I developed a strong addiction to porn and also weed. I have been able to quit the weed some years ago but the porn addiction stuck to me.
I have a wonderful gf and a perfect daughter. I don't want to hurt my gf anymore by telling lies and not being able to share real intimacy with her. The addiction makes me a worse person with self doubts, gives me a bad view on women in general and lets me act awkward in person.

I'm sure this has been done before so apologies... I do solely ward-based nursing, no ED or ICU for me. But I had a patient yesterday with a pain crisis. BP was 240/110 on a manual cuff. Patient was fully cognisant sitting in her chair. Myself & the charge nurse were turning the monitors away from her so she couldn't see, didn't want her to freak out. She reported 20/10 pain (we had a chat about that afterwards but she was obviously in agony)
Charge went to call a rapid/met call and I helped the patient back to bed. She goes "where's my phone, is it in my walker?" and started walking across the room to get her phone. I literally said "no no naughty patient, do what the bossy nurse tells you" and steered her to the bed 😳
Turned out she had a pre-existing large hernia where something had popped through. It was very rigid & tender. She was whisked off to CT & probably straight to surgery after that. Next day I'm still wondering if she's ok.

I have Frigate 0.14 running on a Debian LXC in Proxmox, connected to it are two Reolink Doorbells POE
When I click my cameras in the Frigate dashboard to open the live view it is in low resolution, low frame rate. I have specified in my config to use the HD live stream with sound of Go2rtc, however this only seems to work when I have the stream of that camera opened in go2rtc.
I am not using Go2RTC for recordings, as I found that created sound lag in the recordings (at least this was the case on Frigate 13.
What can be the cause of this problem?

Usually, whenever it’s a birthday or Christmas, we both give the friend one gift from the both of us. which I’ve never really thought into it because that’s how my parents raised us whenever it was a childhood friends birthday, we would always give a single give from the both of us. But now that’s I’m older, and make my own money, I buy my friends gifts. Then I say it’s from the both of us, even though I’m the one who spent my money and thought of the gift, ( I don’t mean this in a petty way, I’m just saying it how it is, and I don’t really even mind) and my sister will just piggy back off my gift, again, I don’t mind, but it just made me think about how my friends might feel only getting one gift but from two people? Because whenever it’s our birthday or Christmas we always get two separate gifts from one person. So now I feel wierd only getting them one, when it’s from two people? What do you think? I’ve had the condition for several years but didn’t start treatment until this year. The doctor I visited prescribed me 1% ketoconazole shampoo, which I have been using 2-3x a week for the past six months. The shampoo has made my scalp less itchy and the patches are no longer as big as they once were. However, I’ve yet to see any hair regrowth. If anything it seems as if I’m only loosing more hair. What can I do to restore hair in these areas? I heard that diet modifications and vitamin supplements may help but I’m unsure of what to take.
Also, I straighten my hair 2-3x a week and I currently have Vitamin D deficiency… just thought it was worth mentioning.

The basic storyline of this game is that the player gets a new phone/app (?) and must navigate through scenarios to make sure they keep safe on this new phone/app. they win or lose points depending on if they make the right choices and can get different endings based on how well they did. i remember one of the bad endings has the phone melt in your hand.

Considering the problems in the past few days with streaming games, it is clear, how frustrated Zack is.
However, I am completely sure, if you ask the silent majority - everyone wants to see Zack play games. Why does he think that it turns out really bad? Because he hates it.
From everything I have seen, from soulslikes and poe to cyberpunks and stalkers, I can say with certainty that viewers do enjoy different games Zack plays, it is really different and refreshing content after a lot of reacts (except for mental wow players, who hate you for not playing wow and asking EVERY STREAM TO PLAY HARDCORE, fucking insane).
If we forget those clowns, why does Zack feel that gaming doesn't turn out good? Because his expectations are too high.
Asmon is 34. Thirty fucking four. Yes, previously he was insanely good at games, while it was his life - playing games and being insanely good at them. But there is a reason you don't see many 34 year old esports players. And it ranges from reaction times to just having better stuff to do in life. And it is normal.
However Zack has this expectation of himself, to perform great for content, that this is his duty to be good at the game he streams, especially when he starts the game for the first time. But this is simply not true. Every sane viewer knows what it's like to play the game for a first time. Yes, it is funny to joke about, but "we've all been there". And I have seen a lot of support for Zack in this regard.
Nevetheless, I believe he thinks he is still of age, when he has the capacity to "pick things up quickly" (especially in stressful streaming environment), which leads to him being even more stressed, that losers, whose only achievement in life was playing league or wow 12 hours a day, now try to belittle him in every new game he plays. (Same people who are "professional disagreers" in chat and comments)
If Zack doesn't want to be "not in his prime" on stream, it is completely fine, I get it and I think other viewers should too. But this is nothing more than self-imposed pressure, by thinking being bad at a game is bad content. You are just too old, too mature and too stressed for being a professional gamer, brother. You are just like every other normal human being, who had the capacity to grow up.
But if you want to enjoy gaming on streams, it is definitely a lot healthier to timeout, like professional disagreers, professional "this game sucks" and "why aren't you playing ... instead of this shit" clowns. Other viewers hate them as much as you do. And just lowering the difficulty, when hardcore is unmanageable (not all games are dark souls, some just have a terrible difficulty scaling) or being ready to turn 1 hour of content into 5. Slow progress only frustrates viewers, when it frustrates you.
To finish off, no, viewers don't hate gaming from Zack, but because Zack thinks he can be and should be "as good as possible", it stresses him out tremendously and he starts focusing on negative clowns too much, which makes him insanely frustrated, which makes other viewers frustrated too. If he thinks that it is impossible to be more forgiving to himself - it is okay and he should stop doing something that stresses him out.
But if he wants to enjoy gaming on stream - lowering the difficulty on games, taking more time to learn and being comfortable with being stuck at the start of the game for a few hours is fine. Every normal gamer, who is not terminally online, goes through the same process. Just be forgiving to yourself. Just like you can't know everything during reacts, you can't know everything about a new game.
And it is completely fine.
And for every crazy guy here, it is obvious this whole thing is complete speculation, I just think I was watching long enough to have an idea, but I am not delusional, his real thoughts and feelings are beyond imagination to us. We don't know him. I just brought forward an idea, which may be closer to the truth.
