2024.11.25 09:40 FileChr Tokyo Ghetto Harmonizing Vocals?
I’m not sure what the correct musical term for this if, but I’m going to assume it’s harmonizing. Basically, I picked up on a more feminine sounding vocal that’s harmonizing with the main vocals. It’s the most noticeable to me towards the end of the song. I can tell when the harmonizing is just eve, but sometimes it sounds like there’s a feminine vocal present. I just can’t tell if I’m reading into this too deep or if this was done in regard to the music video. Like, was this done on purpose for the story, or is this just a stylistic choice I’m overlooking?

It pains me deeply to write this. Every sentence feels heavy, and I hate having to say the things I’m about to, but I feel like I’m left with no choice.
I’m not going to talk about specific political situations, parties, or leaders. I’m not willing to argue over who is good or bad. That’s not the point. What I want to express is that Georgia has never been in such a difficult political situation in this century. The country is torn apart, divided in half, filled with traitors, criminals, and people willing to betray their own for financial gain.
As a young person, seeing so many people with corrupt and evil intentions stealing my future—and the future of my generation—hurts me deeply. What terrifies me even more is the lack of hope, the absence of a light at the end of the tunnel. Those who are on my side, who want change, have no clear strategy, no plan, no strength to finish what they’ve started. The protests feel more like festivals—dancing, singing, concerts. They have energy but lack seriousness.
And the numbers? They’ve dwindled to almost nothing. Today, standing in front of the parliament building, I saw maybe a few hundred people—not even 500. Around us, the police forces outnumber us, capable of dispersing us easily.
It’s over. We’ve lost. On November 25, 2024, Georgia officially fell. This is not nihilism—it’s reality. We have no plan. Our political leaders repeat the same empty speeches without offering concrete solutions. Their so-called plan is simply, “We are the plan.” That’s it.
I have taken part in every single demonstration for Georgia’s future and its rightful place in Europe. I gave this country all I had. I’m young and inexperienced—perhaps I’m failing by leaving this land—but I truly did everything I could. I literally stood on top of a table and shouted to every student to join me and fight with me. Instead of my generation helping me and standing alongside me, people laughed. They told me I was lost.
That was the final nail in the coffin. I called on everyone to fight with me, and I was met with laughter. Yet, I still went, alone. I still stood and spoke the words my heart demanded. All I wanted was to see a concrete plan, an action plan, but it’s been a month, and I see nothing.
I’m deeply hurt by my fellow students who didn’t take me seriously. I’m hurt by those who choose to focus on their grades instead of the future of their homeland. This country, it seems, died with Ilia Chavchavadze.
Before I leave, I want to say one final thing: I no longer believe peaceful protests will work. That’s all I’ll say on the matter.
I’ve made the painful decision to leave Georgia and never return. This is one of the hardest decisions of my life, to leave my homeland, the land that has betrayed me and countless other young people.
I cannot live under the leadership of a Russian oligarch. I want to live freely, to breathe air surrounded by positive people not by those who have sold their souls. I’m sorry to do this, and I hate to do this, but this country has given me no choice.
I wish the best for my homeland, but I don’t see a future for myself here. I’m writing this with a heavy heart, yet sharing it gives me a strange sense of relief.
To my fellow Georgians, I wish you all the best. I’m deeply hurt, but I have no choice.

I’m not quite sure how this is gunna sound, I’m from London, Ontario. I’m 22 year old highschool graduate and ex football player who has spent the past couple years out of highschool just working jobs that allowed me to continue playing football. I’m done playing now and have decided that it’s time to make some decisions about what I want to do in life. In the jobs I’ve worked (mainly forklift jobs), I’ve met a few guys who have worked in the oil fields in Alberta as roughnecks/floorhands and it sounded very interesting to me. I grew up in the city but spent my summers working on the family farm and have always enjoyed working in the dirt and mud. So I just wanted to see if anyone could tell me what kind of things I should know and need to do in order to be able to qualify or even be considered for this. I have no problem with leaving my home town and going to work elsewhere. I had family live in Edson, Alberta so it would be that difficult for me to move out there. But I’m just looking for some tips and/or advice on how to get into the industry if anyone is willing to spare some of their time. Thank you and God bless.

Is there a way to set the maximum heart rate somewhere in a setting. Either in the watch or the app? I'm using Cheetah Square & the Zepp app on android. (I was using BIP until a few weeks ago but had the very same issue)
I assume the app / watch is using "a" maximum heart rate to calculate the pulse zones. But for me this is way of. The zones are to low thus the nice statistics are wrong and the alert on the watch while running makes little sense. Even the % calculation is wrong as it does not add up to 100%. The "Vo2 max" zone ends at a heart rate of 162 but it should be higher for me.
