Hi everyone, I’m just starting to practice trail running and would love some general tips and advice. I live in Australia, and I’ve been a runner for about 5 years, with experience running marathons, but trail running feels like a completely different world to me.
I have a few specific questions about essential gear and accessories: 1. I noticed that specific trail running shoes are necessary, so I bought the Vective Enduris 3 by The North Face. Does anyone know if it’s a good shoe for long distances? 2. I believe a hydration pack (waterbag) is essential for long distances. Do you have any specific recommendations? 3. Do you recommend running in pants to protect against plants and wildlife?
Lastly, if you have any other advice for a beginner trail runner, I’d be very grateful!

Its talked about that the three solutions commonly used to deal with translating tendency are simply leaning into it with a bit of lateral cyclic, designing a pretilted mast, or rigging the controls to account for it. The third one has the neutral position of the cyclic actually inputting a bit of lateral cylic into the swashplate so that little to no movement is needed to correct the drift. I cant seem to find much info on which helicopters specifically use this system or really if it is used beyond a handful of obscure examples. Does anybody's aircraft use this system or something like it?

Problem/Goal: Sinisingil ako sa diko naman kasalanan pero kawawa din if totoong sa employee machacharge.
Context: Meron akong HMO sa previous company ko, for context nagresign ako sa prev company ko and last day ko was Sept 15. And before ako magresign tinake advantage ko yung perks ng HMO ko lalo na yung dental. Sept 2 nakahanap ako ng clinic na nag aaccept ng hmo, nag inquire and nakapag pasched ako. Sept 5 na nung ginawa sakin mga procedure (4 na pasta, cleaning & whitening). Wala namang naging problem until the day ng resignation ko ng Sept 15. Until Sept 23 nagcall sakin dental clinic saying na hindi naapprove yung HMO ko dahil resigned na ako. Sabi ko sakanila “Bakit eh Sept 5 nyo ako sinervice-an tapos Sept 15 last day ko” Hindi daw nila prinocess agad kasi di nila alam na magreresign ako. So ang ending sinisingil nila ako sa mga ginawa nila sakin. Nagreach out ako sa HR namin and sabi “You can use you’re HMO until your last day” So technically fault yun nung dental clinic. Blinock ko sila kasi nangungulit sila tumawag at pagsingil sakin. And now, someone texted me from clinic and sabi nya ikakaltas daw sakanya if hindi ako magbabayad, minimum wager lang daw sya at mabigat yung 4k sakanya. Naiinis ako kasi fault nila yun tapos ako yung kokonsensyahin. Tbh kung alam ko lang gagastos ako, hindi ako sakanila magpapa dentist dahil dentist ang tita ko. Malayo lang talaga tita ko sa location ko kaya ginamit ko HMO ko sa clinic nila.
Previous Attempts: Nakipag usap nako thru call before and inadmit naman nilang fault nilang di nila pinaapprove kaagad.

Hello,
I've been struggling to convert a configuration from 12.3/21.4 to 23.4.
The configuration appears to be valid but the issue is I can't run a speedtest (Ookla cli version) and get a vague cannot read error. When I go to certain, but not all, websites they time out. If I use the default 23.4 version it works but its default version is different from 12.3's. The 23.4 default configuration is the same as 21.4.
Basically my configuration has several address-assignment pools that point to a router IP. The router IP is defined in interfaces irb. I have vlans that associate the ID with l3-interface irb.n. WAN is defined in zones security-zone untrust interfaces. Finally I have system services dhcp-local-server that point to irb.n. My ethernet interfaces have family ethernet-switching where they reference vlan members.
In 21.4/23.4, the default configuration have interfaces with family inet with a router IP and there is only 1 address-assignment pool (192.168.2.0/24). It has a dhcp-attributes propagate-settings ge-0/0/0.
My configuration works under 21.4 but not 23.4.
What am I doing wrong?
Here's my config that works under 12.3 and 21.4. Instead of including all my vlans, I just include 1. Here xe-0/0/19 is the WAN and xe-0/0/17 is where a workstation can get an IP from 192.168.3.0/24.

Basically, what the title says. I haven't completely stopped, like, I still apply to a few places in a month, but I've drastically slowed my search. Feels pointless. Applying for almost a year straight now.
I know people that have applied to a single job and get it, and people that are on their 1000th application with nothing. It's like sitting at a slot machine where the win rate is 1 in a million, i'm good.
It feels like we're stranded at sea on a ship where only the stranded know how bad it is, others, are simply living in a bubble far away.

Hi! I’ve been playing social netball for the past 2 months and have also played a bit back in high school. I’m definitely not an expert but I would say I understand most of the rules fairly well. I usually play WA or WD and I’ve just noticed for the past few weeks that a lot of opponents are shoving me with their body or just completely pressing up against me when I don’t even have the ball. My last game I had a girl shove me so many times in a game that I got bruises on the side of my arm the next day. I don’t think it’s classified as contact persay but it’s happened quite a few times lately. I’m just wondering if they’re just playing really well aggressively or if it’s actually not allowed.
