Neglect of number 1 angel. A lot is said about xx world (including me because I have a thread about it here in this subreddit) but little is said about number 1 angel. I know these are projects that Atlantic didn't believe in, but look at Crash and then Number 1 Angel. You will notice the difference in acceptance by the public. Many of Charli's fans don't even know about Angel's existence and he has songs that are really fun to listen to like Roll With Me, I don't know if it's just me who thinks it's an album neglected and denied by the public, if I'm being stupid forgive me.

My boyfriend has depression and lately it is getting worse and worse.
For example, he has started having problems getting out of bed or maintaining personal hygiene. I also feel that he is becoming more and more pessimistic and has less and less self-esteem.
All this doesn't bother me, I love him. But I want to know what I can do to help him feel better.
At the moment he doesn't want to go to a psychologist and I don't want to pressure him to do so, it has to be his own decision. So I'm writing him positive notes because they cheer him up a bit and every time he feels he can't take a shower I offer to take a shower together to help him.
What else can I do to help him?
Update:
He is doing so much better now! I have taken your advice and set up a reward system for him. Whenever he does well in his exams or does something that he had no energy for I give him a sticker pack to fill up a football magazine.
Also, he has no problems with maintaining his hygiene and has started contemplating going to therapy (this was his own decision, but I am so proud of him!)
Now with what he struggles the most is with his image. He is very handsome but he does not see that, and I don’t really know what to say or do to help him. I’ve tried complimenting him more often but I feel as if it didn’t help at all.
Could you help please?

I had postive beta last Monday, and was so cautiously happy, but today I got the results from my second test, and my HCG isn't doubling at the 2 day rate, in fact I'm doubling every 4.6 days.

I could not stop thinking of him but my price would not let me text him .For days, months I would just think about our sexual encounters it was driving me crazy .This year during the summer I couldn’t help but text him .Of course he let me come over there .But then he wanted me to come back the next day and I guess he got mad because obviously I can’t just jump up when he’s ready .Then he starts ignoring me.It really gets to me this time though . This time I had gotten pregnant the condom slipped off inside me .He claims I don’t know who got me pregnant and blocks me .Even though I should’ve been done he treated me bad . I'm new to all this, but i figured out a way to remove aligners with attachments. First you wanna free your molars on both sides, then grab the aligner tray and slightly bend it outwards (towards your cheeks). It literally just pops out :D.
Try not to bend too hard cus i dunno how durable aligners are, but a slight bend can't hurt.
