I studied business during university so I have some understanding. Now, I wasn't a hardworking student but I knew the basics of taxation. This is simplistic explanation but I will help all of you get the picture.
Corporate taxation won't tax capitalists and millionaires:
There's a problem in the assessment that to tax capitalists and millionaires you have to tax corporations. As a matter of fact corporate taxation harms the small businesses and corporations far more than the big ones. I am in favour of abolishing it. Corporate tax is not the tax on the income or capital gains of capitalists and millionaires. It's the tax on corporations themselves. Corporations are legal persons which means they get taxed. The corporate tax works like this, the corporations achieve a certain income then they pay their expenses then they (hopefully) achieve a profit. That corporate profit then get taxed twice. The first time is the corporate tax which is before distributing the profit and is the tax on the corporation itself. The second time which is after distributing the profits where every shareholder gets taxed according to his income of the profits and that is the income tax which function according to the income tax laws. There's some confusion here so I wanted to clear that out.
How capitalists and millionaires avoid taxation:
Now, to how capitalists and millionaires avoid taxation. There are two ways. The first one is to either have a proportional taxation or a progressive taxation with slow progression which isn't so different from proportional taxation. A proportional taxation means that everyone rich and poor are taxed at the same percentage. Obviously many people like me view this as unfair since a a working class person getting taxed 20% is not the same as a millionaire getting taxed 20%. That's why they call for progressive taxation. Capitalists and millionaires have more money therefore can afford getting taxed at higher percentages. Taxing capitalists and millionaires at higher percentages also means that working class people will be taxed at lower percentages. Politicians who say that higher taxes under progressive taxation will harm working class people are obviously lying and since they are funded by millionaires themselves, I guess this isn't shocking. Those politicians benefit a lot from the ignorance of voters. Now, another way to avoid taxation is through exploiting loopholes in capital gains. When millionaires want to sell their shares, they get taxed by capital gains laws. However they can avoid them by borrowing money and using their shares as collateral. Obviously, this is nothing but fraud and deception but it works. When they can't pay back their debt, their shares get taken. It's like they sold them but without legally selling them.
So there it's. It's simplistic explanation and I am not an expert in taxation but I wanted to share some basics.

I've been working at Hungry Jacks for a couple of months now, and right from my first shift, I've had this manager who seems to really dislike me. On my first shift, she made me cry and almost gave me a panic attack because I couldn't get the hang of it. She frequently picks on me, telling me that I'm wasting stuff, which I understand but feel is unnecessary because I'm there to do my job. Every time the roster comes out, I feel sick to my stomach when I see her name because I'm so terrified of her. Mind you, I was just 15 at the time! A few weeks ago, the same manager and my dad got into a really heated argument. By then, I had already told my dad that I didn't think this manager liked me very much, but that I was there just to earn money. This argument started because I kept declining shifts, which was due to legitimate reasons, and my dad told her that I wouldn't be coming back to the store. During their argument, my dad said something along the lines of “my daughter will not be coming back to your store.” blah blah blah. So, being the responsible 16-year-old I am, I told my dad that I couldn't just stop going to work because of one argument he had with the manager. I had signed a contract and needed to actually do my job, which is what I had signed up for. I was probably being a bit dramatic, so I ended up going in for my shift. Surprisingly, the manager didn't let me start my shift and pulled me for a chat. She started telling me how glad she was that I had come in despite the argument with my dad. She even pulled out the original roster I had signed up for, with all the dates I had put down, and told me that at the end of that shift, the actual manager would change my availability, which I was happy about as I felt my concerns were being addressed. However, since that day, I haven't been getting any shifts. It's really frustrating because there has been no communication about why this is happening. One time I did cover a shift, but one of the managers was surprised that I had actually shown up. Apparently, that same manager had said that I hadn't been coming in, which is untrue. Just recently, a girl asked if I could cover her shift from 5-10pm, and I agreed since I was available. When I arrived at work all ready to go, neither the manager nor the proper manager said hello or even acknowledged me. One of the other managers on shift was the first to say hi. However, as soon as it hit 5pm, they asked me why I was there, and I informed them that I was here to cover a shift. They said they already had a cover. They didn't even bother telling me that they didn't need me, which is just poor communication. I'm not upset about the fact that they didn't need me to come in, but rather that there was no communication. If someone had communicated earlier and told me that they didn't actually need me to come in, we could have avoided this whole situation. So what i am basically asking is what would you do in this situation?!!

Manage channel not working I am trying to give a user in my server permission to manage one channel, I have given the override permissions to their profile but the user told me they still cannot change the name or description. They can set the channel to slow-mode and that's all. Will I have to make a new role for the user to specifically manage this channel? I tried to see if any other role or channel permissions were interfering but they shouldn't be. Not sure if this is my error or a bug.

We are currently trying to scrub the EDGAR Database because some of the numbers being reported by Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq and Fintel do not seem to match up so we are going directly to the source of the SEC Filings to pull our own set of numbers.
If there is anyone who has Data Mining skills or Programming skills who is interested in helping out, we are currently pulling the raw numbers so we do not have to rely on the lousy reporting of other (mostly unreliable) sources. If I am right, there could already be close to 200 million shares outstanding including synthetic shares (and only 126.7 million issued by the Company.)
Currently, it looks like Fintel might be the source with the most accurate reporting on Institutional Ownership and they appear to be including both Institutions AND Mutual Funds. It appears as though Yahoo Finance and Nasdaq are ONLY reporting Institutions, and they both show about 160 million shares outstanding.

And by the way, the significance of the total number of shares outstanding is that if there are 200 - 225 million shares outstanding (remember to add in Retail), that means that Short Interest cannot be 36 million shares. It must be closer to 70 million shares.
