2024.11.25 09:40 _Mnez_ Hyundai i30 2011 with some electrical issues
 | Hey there, I got a second hand 2011 hyundai i30 wagon. Happy with it, and works well, but it has some minor electrical quirks that I'm wondering about. Most annoying one is the display behind the steering weel is flickering. I've added a gif for illustration. It does this quite often, but not always. It does keep working, but it makes me wonder if I should expect it to get worse. Anyone recognize this or know if this is fixable by someone with 2 right hands On top of that I have 2 other issues that are perhaps related. One is the radio that sometimes stops playing for a few minutes. Screen just keeps working, only sound just stops. It doesn't look like bad reception, because when that happens I just get static. Second issie is that there is no warning beep when I open my door and forget to switch off my light. Is this not a thing on i30's? Moi et ma compagne aimons beaucoup les jeux de société mais les mécaniques de jeux se répètent souvent. Nous apprécions la nouveauté et le challenge.
Pour donner un exemple, Cascadia c'est sympa mais c'est un peu les mêmes mécaniques qu'Akropolis.
Par contre, nous trouvons Dune Imperium génial mais les parties sont longues et nous n'avons pas forcément le temps.
J'ai l'impression que c'est plus facile de trouver des mécaniques de jeux originales dans les jeux expert. Malheureusement les temps de jeu sont très souvent longs.
Je dirais que Star Realms, Sky Team ou encore Ricochet Robot correspond plus ou moins à ce que je recherche.
Est-ce que vous connaissez des bons jeux expert courts (environ 30 minutes) ?

I'm very unsure if I should take the 77" G4 or 83" G3/G4. Distance to my couch is about 5,10m (16-18 ft). The width of the TV lowboard + subwoofer is approx. 2.85m (9-10 ft).
The upper cabinets are still to be redesigned with the new TV, or in general I would like to redesign the wall (color, possibly wall panels, etc.), but this has not yet been decided. In any case, it will be "slimmer", only the lowboard stays as it is. Later on Dolby Atmos speakers should follow at the top.
So I'm not sure if an 83" screen wouldn't look too "bulky" or dominant in my living room. I also don't want the wall to consist ONLY of TV screen. Nevertheless I'm worried that with the 77" inch I'll think afterwards ‘hm, you should have gone for the 83’”.
On the other hand, the extra cost of a 77" to 83" isn't exactly low either. I have the budget but if I can save it then I'm not sad about it (I'm german lol).
The room can practically be completely darkened.
I welcome opinions and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

2024.11.25 09:40 CrownonTHErocksJ Turning on the 2nd row lights from drivers seat
I'm guessing many of you know this because I assume it's in the owner's manual (which I have not had a chance to read) but I do know it is not in the quick guide on the website. Anyway, I just found out that you can turn the rear lights on by holding down the front passenger or driver's side light. This turns all the lights on, and then you can switch off the front two if you want. I do swear that when I found this out on accident that I was somehow turning on only one of the second row lights, left or right, but I could have been imagining that. If anyone knows more about this, pkease let me know. I've talked to people about this before in here and so I know at least a few people don't know about this. I thought it was weird I could not find a way to do this. 🤷

I booked a ticket for my fiancée before she had a Flying Blue account, and I realized my mistake. The booking is made under Maria Lucia Castillo Alvarez (two first names, two last names) but the Flying Blue account is under Maria Castillo. Names are made up for the purpose of this post.
I did make another booking for a different trip under Maria Castillo and was able to link it to her account.
Is there any way to not lose the miles & xp for the other trip?
For anyone wondering, she can legally travel under Maria Castillo.

I’ve been dealing with sciatica symptoms for over a year now.
My symptoms include: - Tingling and numbness in my lower leg and foot - Tightness and discomfort in my hamstring and behind my knee - The calf on my good leg is now bigger than the bad leg/side
