I built my first gaming PC in March 2024 with the following specs:
CPU: Intel i5 12400F
Motherboard: MSI Pro H610m-e
GPU: GIGABYTE 3060
RAM: GSKILL RIPJAWS 16GB (single stick)
Storage: WESTERN DIGITAL BLACK SN770 1TB (Gen 4 SSD)
PSU: COOLER MASTER 550W
Cooler: COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 SPECTRUM V3
The issue is that my SSD is Gen 4, but my motherboard only supports Gen 3 speeds. I’m considering upgrading the motherboard, but I’m unsure if it’s necessary.
My questions:
- Should I upgrade my motherboard?
- If yes, what motherboard would be best for my components?

2024.11.25 09:30 ya-yeetttt is qexpress still safe to use? (international mail)
since the whole qexpress bankruptcy situation, i have been wondering if it is still safe to use their courier services for international deliveries? i normally use singpost, but since they do not provide tracking within the US, it has always been a problem to mail out items there without risking it getting lost.
im in the card collecting community so my mail is normally less than 100g. the prices fedex and dhl have been quoting me for a 50g parcel is absurd. qexpress is the probably the most affordable service that i can use to mail out lighter mail. has anyone has used their courier service to ship internationally after the bankruptcy? if so, was the entire process still as smooth as before? i have also looked into the easyparcel website and they are still providing qexpress as an option, but i am really hesitant use it.
any alternatives or help would be very much appreciated! thank youu.

F39 here. Came into the swinging/ENM lifestyle a few years ago now. Wouldn't say that myself or my husband are experienced by any means. We have mostly dabbled in parties rather than private meets but I am finding myself questioning whether or not any of this is worth the emotional turmoil I am finding myself in. To begin with we played more with women than men. I'm straight, so it was totally FMF rather than FFM. I have played with men with him and now twice on my own purely in a club setting. It had created an awful lot of anxiety, to the point where I don't really know if my husband was enjoying himself because he was so caught up on what I'm doing elsewhere. I have no issues with him being with other people, and he has attended parties solo, although he decided it wasn't for him.
It feels like I have read this so many times in other people's posts about how their husband suddenly struggles with the lifestyle when their wives wish to meet their needs more and begin to bring other men into the equation.
My husband is generally an anxious person, he is very self aware and we are currently in couples councilling to help us navigate this. I'm not entirely sure our therapist understands why the hell we are doing this to ourselves and I guess I'm finding myself asking the same question.
I don't know if our current dynamic is healthy, or sustainable. Sometimes I feel exhausted with the emotional work of reassurance before we have even got to the club and sort of feel like I can't be bothered by that point. Is one night of fun enough of a payoff? We are trying to work towards a more equitable level of freedom and autonomy and ultimately I guess trust too.
I love my husband, I do not plan on leaving him for someone else and I recognise he is working to work through his anxieties. We are not looking to become poly though we both recognise that we do need to feel emotionally connected to the person we want to play with, and rarely play with someone we meet on the fly. Perhaps this is part of the problem, knowing that I have connected with another man?
Is the truth of it that we are less suited to this lifestyle than we think we are?

Desde que foi rebaixado em 2019, os números de gols do Cruzeiro na temporada tem sido sofríveis. O desastre só não foi maior porque a defesa (sabe-se lá como) foi bem nessas temporadas.
Com exceção de 2022, os artilheiros da temporada tiveram números vergonhosos.
- 2020 - Artilheiro: Rafael Sóbis com 6(!) gols em apenas 16 jogos que disputou.
- 2021 - Artilheiro: Matheus Barbosa (!) com 7 gols. O volante "artilheiro" da temporada, que só jogou até julho, quando deixou o clube, ficou a frente de Marcelo Moreno com 6.
- 2022 - Artilheiro: Edu com 22 gols (a exceção). Essa temporada foi exceção em vários sentidos, inclusive nesse. Ainda assim, o vice artilheiro fez apenas 7 gols.
- 2023 - Artilheiro: Bruno Rodrigues com 13 gols. O número de 0x0 e 1x0 nessa temporada foi algo de desanimar.
- 2024 - Atual artilheiro: Matheus Pereira com 9 gols. Com poucos jogos para acabar a temporada nao dá pra se esperar que isso melhore muito. Pra ter noção, o Dinenno que passou quase a temporada toda machucado é o vice-artilheiro com 8 gols.
Número bônus: O último gol de falta foi em julho de 2023 marcado por Filipe Machado(!). Cobrança de escanteio parece tiro de meta.
