Hey guys so I have played val before but literally only an hour or so. I have a series S and was wondering how the state of the game is now? I know this isn’t a COD I played a lot of Cs on an old potato PC years ago but console is my only platform now. Player count still active on the console side of things? Is it cross play etc? I’m sorry this has probably been asked so many times but as you are all Val players I just get a better sense than a google search ❤️ thank you again

So in my savegame i am currently in the train depot in Garbage and an Emission is about to hit. But every time i enter the save room (apparently there is just one spot in the entire depot, everywhere else gets you killed instantly) 3 loners show up with guns and just start to kill me. If i defend myself, all the other loners are attacking me too. So what the hell am i supposed to do now? I am practically softlocked, because i NEED to stay in this room during the emission, but every attempt of staying there gets me killed, one way or the other
I genuinely have no clue what´s the deal with those 3 loners who just start shooting me unprovoked

Hello fellow simracers,
I want to know what buttons you have mapped on your steering wheel since I just got the Simagic FX and am still unsure what actions to map on the wheel.
The rotary switches are obviously TC BB and ABS.
Other actions that I’ll map for sure are engine and ignition, wipers, lights and flash
What else am I missing? I’m mainly driving GT3s and sometimes open wheelers.

Hi all,
I'm considering buying a legion go instead of a next gen console. I've always been a console guy, I'm not very techy but there are a few games (wow, total war) that I have played in the distant past on pc. I mainly play fifa (eafc now) or apex legends on ps4 and before they all made the switch to ps5 would play with them.
I'm wondering whether or not this platform has crossplay with eafc25 pro clubs and apex legends with the PS5? My thinking is I can get this, play some of the pc games I used to enjoy as well as playing the other games with my friends.

Okay for context, my parents have been divorced since I was a little girl which has been a least over a decade, maybe two decades. When I was a little girl, I so desperately wanted them back together since my brother had that luxury when he was younger. Now that I'm older, I can see why they weren't made for each other. Because they both work on my nerves. Dad's a hard ass, mom's a religious nutcase and they give me different opinions about anything: job interviews, food, anything at all. Mother babies me a lot while dad want to "push" me to the real world and gain my independence. His methods (sometimes) don't make any fucking sense and drive me off the walls. I'd be happy to list any examples or answers my parents have done that make me question their parenting or the fuck up shit they said or done to me. Don't think I didn't ask for help, family will either side with one of them or my brother would take a "neutral" approach. Man fuck you, I barely trust my friends nor talk to them except for one and I don't want to tire him with my constant days with my parents. I swear of I have to deal with this over and over again, I'm going to cut them off and just never speak to them again, I'm that sick and tired of them. Good grief.

Hi folks
Looking for some advice please as l'm new to the world of Trading212 and investing in general.
The only experience I have of investing is through my employer as its free money. I buy 3 shares each month and get 3 free.
I have around 12k split almost equally between whats available now, whats available but taxable, and whats locked, I access this through computershare/equate.
The shares tend to hover around the same value and have been doing that for the last 10 years or so, apart from big dip at the start of Covid.
I'm more aware these days that I literally have all my eggs in one basket, so after doing some research it seems to be that I should have the 4k odd in in tax free shares transferred to a stocks ISA and invested in something like a Vanguard S&P 500 (90%) and maybe spread the other 10% on some single stocks for a bit of fun.
I'd keep the other 8k in Equate for now as an emergency fund. I already maximise my full pension allowance.
What is the easiest/best way to do this - would I just cash out through equate and then transfer it through my bank?
Is there anything I havent considered?

Nel bando c'è scritto che il compenso sarà di 21k (un pò imbarazzante dato il costo della vita di oggi in lombardia), però non è specificato nessun ccnl, quindi non so se sono previsti buoni pasto, possibilità di smart o settimana corta. Inoltre c'è scritto che chi verrà assunto, sarà sottoposto a 6 mesi di prova, la prova è come nel privato? Ossia che possono licenziarti senza motivazioni? Perché essendo universitario, avevo intenzione di prendermi nel bisogno i giorni liberi per fare gli esami, e (se previsto anche per i contratti pubblici) di sfruttare anche parzialmente le 150 ore universitarie. Io non ho intenzione di rimanere lì per sempre, voglio solo finire questi 2 anni di università e poi fare alteo, però allo stesso tempo voglio cominciare a guadagnare qualcosa adesso, per questo motivo lavorare nel privato è molto complicato perché nei colloqui non posso dire che sto finendo gli studi se no non mi assumono o mi licenzieranno durante il periodo di prova appena chiederò i giorni liberi per gli esami. Inoltre volevo sapere se secondo voi quanto è alta la possibilità di favoreggiamento per concorsi in comuni così piccoli, ho sentito che è facile che diano tracce difficili ma anticipate a qualche candidato, sono falsità?

I recently moved to mirrorless by getting a Nikon Z5 and love it! I got the 50mm 1.8S and the 24-200mm as native lenses. I also have the D610 which has been a great companion for the past 10yrs, and use the 80-200mm f2.8, 50mm 1.8, sigma 24-70 f2.8 ex dg and Samyang 14mm with it. I have the FTZ adapter to use these on the Z5, but not liking the output completely.
Now that the gear is out of the way, I predominately shoot landscapes and astro. I also enjoy doing portraits, and have done a few events for people I know. Based on my current gear, the 50mm and 80-200mm are what I use for portraits.
Recently, I had a chance to use a friend’s Canon 5DMKii and the 135mm f2, and the output out of that was just wow! This made me think about getting that lens for family portraits. Now as I don’t have a canon body, I was thinking of using a Canon EF to Nikon F or Z mount, as I have both bodies still.
Has anyone had experience in using this combination? Trying to understand if the output would be same even on the Nikon, or if it is even worth it!
