- Jansen is a must for his all-round abilities, left hand bat advantage, pace and swing.ball Smasher and height advantage. So he should be prioritised over jacks.
- Other OS player we should target should be Glen Phillips already we have 2 English players incase Livingstone is out of form or unavailable due to national call up Phillips can be a like to like replacement and to add he is a gun fielder and bowls well too so very good option to have.
- We should get Rana as our too looks right hand bat heavy we need a leftie to not let bowlers settle with line and length and Rana is the only decent left hand proper batsman left (pardon if I missed someone)
- We should get one on washi or Krunal for their bowling and batting plug ins...personally I would weigh in towards krunal as he is aggressive in nature, good fielder and left arm bowler so is very useful... We would have few off spim options but no SLA options.
- Bhuvi would be good but if possible we should get Mukesh or tyagi or some other good Indian young bowler who can bowl in the middle and death should be good at containing runs as with jansen and Hazlewood we have good wicket taking options and then we have Dayal too
- We need to add couple of good spin backups too. Wrist spin and SLAs as we are currently very weak in the spin department either we have allrounders or inexperienced youngster. A china man would help and so will a wrist spinner as well as SLA..
With buys yesterday if we sensibly plan and buy the right players today i feel we can have a pretty decent and balanced team with a realistic chance to get our hands on the coveted Trophy this time.

Hi, makers that have trouble getting to the gym! I’m looking for input on designing a portable flywheel system that uses minimal materials and can be 3D-printed.
I know opinions may vary, but I believe portable flywheel devices could be a great option for people who want a compact home gym.
Personally, I’m undergoing physiotherapy for hand issues, and space is tight where I live. With my busy schedule, getting to the gym regularly is a challenge, so a portable solution would be ideal.
If anyone has experience or ideas for designing such a system, I’d really appreciate your help!

Hi, so our child is 4 years old, we're waiting on our official diagnosis and we're had quite a few meetings with doctors at this point just to paint a picture. I would say he's probably very lightly on the spectrum myself but I'm not a professional, he shows signs but not major ones. Sorry I don't know the more technical wording.
We've never had any major issues with bad behaviour but we're experiencing our child hitting us and throwing at us for the first time in a serious way. He's always done similar things but it's getting a little escalated where my partner is getting really upset.
We're starting to introduce things to our child like "if you do that again Mum/Dad will stop playing, or turn the TV off or take that toy away" etc. Does anyone have any go to discipline exercises they have some success with?
I've suggested the 'naughty step' or a time out scenario but my partner isn't 100% comfortable yet. Can you offer any advice on your experiences please? I don't want to start doing the aforementioned without first reading about if it can be a big negative for specifically a child with autism. Thank you!
