The point has been made by many people now. But the message hasn't been received LOUDLY and clearly by the Rogansphere. They are not the underdogs, they are the most influential voices with the largest platforms and are abusing that power more than the mainstream media ever did. Rogan has become shamelessly biased and is acting as a journalist, but acting with none of the journalistic integrity they expect of the old mainstream media.
We need Destiny to make this point on a large platform like Piers Morgan and for everyone to repeat it. We need a video essayist like Folding Ideas to do a long form video on it to show all the examples of how Rogan is as big or bigger than the mainstream media is. With less transparency and while acting with less integrity. He is more subject to the corrupting forces of seeing your analytics reward his very own bank balance as he does and says certain things.

Greetings. I've got a special person I'd like to make a Christmas gift for. I'm well aware how things are with PC Gaming nowadays and that everything is digital. However, you can still buy physical boxes with TS4 Expansion codes inside of them - I believe that physical copies have a better flair than just gifting that person something on Steam.
My question in all this is as follows: they bought TS4 on Steam back when it was still paid, and they currently own a few other expansions bought via Steam. As far as I know, the Steam version still uses EA services and accounts under the hood. So, will a code from a box version thus obtained be compatible and redeemable? I'd hate to encounter any nasty surprises. If it's indeed possible, is it tricky? Or pretty much straightforward?
To my knowledge, free giveaways from Epic Games did somehow hop onto their account, but I'd like to hear a second opinion on this, especially if someone's already tried it out before. Thanks a bunch!

Need help blocking TikTok app traffic with Pi-hole
I've set up Pi-hole as my network's exclusive DNS server through my router and implemented regex filters to block all TikTok-related DNS queries. While my Pi-hole logs show numerous blocked requests and TikTok's web version is successfully blocked, the mobile app continues to work without any issues.
Interestingly, when monitoring Pi-hole's query log while using the TikTok app, I don't see any obvious TikTok-related DNS queries. The app seems to be bypassing my DNS blocks somehow.
Has anyone successfully blocked the TikTok mobile app using Pi-hole? What domains or regex patterns did you use? Any tips or configurations that worked for you would be greatly appreciated.
Technical details:
- Pi-hole is the only DNS server on my network
- Blocked domains show up correctly in logs
- Web version of TikTok is blocked successfully
- Mobile app continues to work normally
- No visible TikTok-related queries from the app in Pi-hole logs
