Hi everyone, I have a regularly updated backup created with Time Machine on a Synology DS 923+ NAS connected via local network, which has worked perfectly for over a year. Suddenly, for the past few days, Time Machine seems to no longer recognize the sparsebundle file and is creating a new one, effectively starting a new backup from scratch in the same location.
Just to clarify, if the previous backup was named MyMac.sparsebundle, Time Machine is now creating a new one called MyMac-1.sparsebundle exactly in the same location.
I tried manually mounting the previous MyMac.sparsebundle as if it were an external drive, and it appears to have no issues. A disk utility check came back positive, and if I access the sparsebundle through Finder, I can see all the files and folders inside and even manually restore files from the backup. Despite this, Time Machine refuses to reconnect to it and starts the new backup instead.
Any suggestions? I’m using an MBP M3 Pro 2013 with Sequoia 15.1. Could the issue be related to the latest Sequoia update released a few days ago?

I'm sorry but when did they change being able to use Abilities when the active pokemon has a status condition? Putting my opponent's Weezing to sleep has virtually no effect because it can still poison my active pokemon even after rolling tails at the start of their turn! I thought it was a bug at first! What an awful change to make.

So...I went off combination BC 21 days ago and had a 7 day break as usual. In that time I was given a prescription for desogestrel due to my age (40) and some side effects I had started having such as anxiety and loss of libido. I had been on combo pill 21 years. I started taking desogestrel 14 days ago.
Since taking it however, I've started having night sweats alternating with being freezing cold, I cry at the drop of a hat and I have bled for about 8 days solid. Not enough to need a tampon but more than would be considered 'spotting'. The reason I am posting here is because I was wondering if anyone experienced this coming off combined BC. I'm wondering if it's the drop in estrogen.
If I put all the pieces together - anxiety, loss of libido and now night sweats, crying and spotting - I am wondering if this isn't the pill and that coming off estrogen BC has revealed perhaps peri? My nurse did suggest this and suggested some testing to figure it out if I don't improve on desogestrel, so it definitely could be that. Just looking to see if coming off estrogen based BC causes these issues.
(Note - I have an appointment in four days with the same nurse to discuss this, so we will see....)

I’ve been dealing with an undiagnosed leg issue for months now, and I’m desperate for answers or ideas. Here’s my situation:
How It Started The pain began in my inner thigh/hip crease area and radiates down to my knee. At first, it felt manageable, but over time, it became unbearable. The pain tenses up so severely at times that I’ve felt on the verge of passing out. The worst episodes make it impossible to walk or even move comfortably.
Current Mobility Issues Right now, I’m walking with a crutch. My leg pain has caused significant muscle atrophy, and the affected leg is visibly smaller than the other. Even with the crutch, I have a noticeable limp. Before this, I couldn’t walk 200 meters without needing to stop due to intense pain and exhaustion. While I’ve made small improvements and can walk faster, the pain is still limiting my life significantly.
What I’ve Tried I’ve undergone several tests, including: - Ultrasounds: Showed no abnormalities. - X-rays: No signs of fractures or structural issues. - Blood tests: No inflammation markers or any indication of systemic problems. - Urine tests: Normal results.
The doctors have ruled out common causes like fractures, major inflammation, or infection, but I still have no clear diagnosis.
What It Feels Like The pain is deep and radiating. It starts in the groin area (inner thigh/hip crease) and travels down to the knee. On bad days, the tension and discomfort are so overwhelming that it feels like my body could shut down from the pain.
How It’s Impacting My Life This has been life-changing. I used to be active and independent, but now I rely on a crutch to get around. The leg’s muscle atrophy worries me, as it feels like a sign of an ongoing, unresolved issue.
What I Need I’m looking for anyone who might have experienced similar symptoms or knows what this could be. Could this be related to nerves, muscles, or something else entirely? I’ve even had my doctor suggest it might be digestive-related, but that doesn’t seem to align with the pain’s pattern.
If you’ve got any insights, advice, or ideas, I’d be so grateful. I’m ready to try anything at this point to regain my mobility and find relief.

Many of you want another group for quick questions and answers, so here we are vote below but before you do there are somethings you should consider
Discord- Pros- anonymous platform like reddit and it has many features. Cons- if you've never used discord before it might seem overwhelming, some devices may not be able to handle it or support it.
WhatsApp- Pros- easiest way to communicate, I don't I need to explain further. Cons- no anonymity, less features, may get cluttered.
Telegram- Pros- it's WhatsApp but better. Cons- again same as whatsapp but has more features.
That's it I don't think there are anyother alternatives not that I know of anyways so yeah vote below whatever you want or don't want.
