Heya I’m from Australia just looking for some chats or friends 🙂. I’m not putting a lot of effort into these anymore because usually it’s not worth it. I’ve got the day off tomorrow and I wouldn’t mind chatting with some nice people casual or long term just keep it sfw, you don’t know me like that 🤣.
I like gaming, doggos (and most other animals tbh), movies, music and I’m dabbling in a little bit of anime again (not really it’s like one show). My landlord had one of his contractors work on our plumbing and they had to cut into the wall. They used our vacuum cleaner to sweep up the drywall debris and now my vacuum doesn’t work very well. Would I be entitled to some compensation for the value of it? We had to buy a new one and that set us back a bit.

i sell surplus items in the UK ites bought from a well known auction house we buy surplus items frlom a large online retailer the largest with the items still showing there bar codes
I have asked for re assurance from the auction house that the items genuine and ok to sale reassured no problem
So i bought the item back in 2022 and it has been listed on A four letter on line platform since sold two items both to where I believed at the time to two British addresses and posted to two British addresses bothe with UK post codes no signs on dispatch notes from eBay that the item was going to the USA ..
It's come to light that one of the items was bought via global shipping honestly didn't even know I was signed up as I have no other international posting on my listings
How ever received a message from Vero in march saying the item violated Vero and account suspended emailed them back said we are a UK business and only post to UK addresses lifted straight away
Then they asked us to check out emails we received a really poorly written email demandin $5000 dollars there was court papers attached which as we are a UK based company we do not recognise an American court
So we took some advice and we emailed them asking for some disclosure, which was authorisation from the IP owner to act on the behalf and written proof the item was a clear fake by a credited professional and also for theuk patent we got a little over a line back stating the $5000 we checked on line the court case number and on the lawyers website as it shows on going and completeled cases nothing
I reached out to the company who's IP it is twice to ask if this was legit never got back to me
As the email wasn't the best and in my opinion had a look of a phishing email we ignored now we have had a us court state that our eBay account is closed and eBay are saying we have to settle as damages would be awarded
I'm gob smacked 13 years on the platform

 | Meet Ammie! He arrived two days ago, an unwanted pet from a family member. He's settling in nicely. He's 3 years old and assumed to be male. I'll probably take him to an avian vet for a check-up and ask if they can also verify the gender. He's pretty quiet, just chirps when I whistle. He's already glued to my shoulder and will just sit there for hours 💕 I'm in love. He's used to being fed seeds but I'll try switch him over to pellets slowly. I also need to get him a cuttlebone, I don't think he's ever had one. Eventually I'll probably upgrade his cage to a bigger model. The one he was given to me in is 2ft tall, and 17" by 13" approx. We had a 7 year old who was given 16 rounds of Epi after a cardiac arrest and survived to ECMO. She was eventually taken off life support as well with just a minor brain injury in the end. Everyone is shocked. So I’m curious. What’s the most Epi you’ve given during a code with a successful/almost successful outcome?

Para usar los redes sociales para aumentar su experiencia de estudiar eficazmente, tienen que comprender cómo autocontrolarse de sí mismo. Hay que hacer un horario y poner en el primero el estudio. Asimismo, el maestro también tiene la responsibilidad de educar a los alumnos cómo usarlas correctamente. Por ejemplo, usan plataformas de web para compartir las posibilidades a los alumnos. Así los alumnos pueden tener un equilibrio entre la juerga y la educación.
Las redes sociales pueden llevar la posibilidad de creatividad. A mediante de los talleres en línea, los estudiantes tendrán más oportunidades de aprender desde la comodidad de su propio casa o ¡salvo su cama! En el pasado con los libros no tenían que dudar la legitimidad de la información, pero hoy en día deberían recordarse que no podrían creer todo lo que hay en el internet. Tienen que filtrar las informaciones para evitar las incorrectas. Es importante que se acuerden de solicitar ayuda desde el maestro.
Al final, los redes sociales son una espada de doble filo. Es una herramienta muy útil para recoger información, pero cuenta con problemas como las informaciones falsas. Hay que tener cuidado cuando buscamos información, y encontrar una manera eficaz para unir la técnica y pedagogía para que los estudiantes reciban todos los ventajas de ellos y consigan un desarrollo holístico.
