Are you guys experiencing data connectivity issues? Sometimes data drops to E out of nowhere despite having good 5g or 4g signal and i have to turn airplane mode on and off to reset the data connection.

I’m still fairly new to this, so please I need advice or hear from someone with some experience. Earlier this year in late April I found out that my TSH was higher than usual (a little over 8). The doctor then did a check on my T3 and T4 and they were fine. He let me go without any medication. I checked it again after I went back to my country three months later in August, and it was over 10 by then but the other two were still normal. I took levothyroxine for two months and it dropped back to just above 2. I thought I was feeling better and started taking it irregularly and stopped it for three days. I was literally crying over depressing emotions during those days and felt so fatigued that I couldn't even climb several stairs.
And after I started taking the medication regularly again I immediately felt better. Does that mean I have to take medication forever? And what should I do if I ever run out of medication in the U.S. when my diagnosis was not made in the country? I don’t think the TSH would come back to the level before I started the medication that quickly for me to get another diagnosis🥲

I’m a complex psychiatric patient with four diagnoses and a challenging medication regimen: four daily meds, one PRN, and two adjuncts for severe depressive episodes. Despite my best efforts, I’ve never been able to secure care with a psychiatrist (MD) on my own. Every time we’ve moved—five metro areas in total—I’ve made countless calls to practices, only to be offered appointments with NPs, which aren’t sufficient for my needs.
The only way I’ve been able to access appropriate care is through my husband, who’s an attending physician in academic medicine. Each time, he’s had to ask a colleague for help getting me connected with a psychiatrist. While I’m deeply grateful for his support, it’s mortifying to me that he has to disclose to a colleague about his crazy wife.
That said, his advocacy has been life-changing. Years ago, he insisted I switch to an MD when an NP prescribed what he called “a strange cocktail of drugs that made no sense,” and every psychiatrist he’s helped me find has been incredibly helpful. Academic psychiatrists, in particular, have provided the best care I’ve ever received.
I don’t know the point of this post other than to vent about how hard it is to access physician psychiatric care— I should not have to rely on my husband’s connections to get the support I need.

- South Dakota stuns Bison, Clinches Top 4 Seed. One of perhaps the weirdest games of the weekend South Dakota pulled off a miracle in Vermillion with Bouman finding a wide open Phelps inside the 5. Securing a top 4 seed for themselves, denying the Bison the top seed, and securing it for another.
- Brawl Beatdown. Very rarely does a Grizzly Bear get mauled in the wild. Well in the brawl it happened. Montana State Dominated the Brawl or Cat-Griz as the locals call it. Just an absolutely dominant performance to secure the one seed by Brent Vigen’s team. The lack of quality L’s and a massive amount of Spread losses were not looked at by the committee, with an anonymous source on the committee stating “We’re a bunch of nerds and only care about Nerd wins”
- Central Connecticut State. Everyone thought the NEC title was Duquesne’s, well it was their’s to lose. Central Connecticut State earned the AQ with a massive upset over the Dukes and snuck into the playoffs. They will play Rhode Island. Purely an FCS Doomsday scenario.
The Bad
- Duquesne. Enjoy Thanksgiving with your families you frauds. You thought you had that AQ all locked up? Well you didn’t. Now you are sitting at home with the family instead of preparing to get ass blasted by a “playoff caliber” team.
- UC Davis. Great job for making the committee’s decision easy. Don’t care if it’s a rivalry game. Don’t care if it’s always competitive. And last but not least don’t care that you scored a lot of points. Top 5 teams don’t beat Sac State by 3. Scrubs. Better hope the winner of Illinois State/SEMO doesn’t expose your ass next week.
- The SoCon. Yep whole league. At-large bids are earned in non-con. I repeat at large bids are earned in non-con. You can’t claim cannibalism if you can’t even beat bottom tier CAA schools. Your league has to improve or you will never see consistent multi-bid seasons. Your league is not good or consistently good.
The Bobby Hauck Tier presented by the Montana Drywall Association
- Bobby Hauck. Terrible just terrible. You lose against the spread, you lose the continental divide trophy and you prove to have a pretender football team. Just Ugly is all I have to say about the Brawl. The Drywall business is booming.
- Illinois State. Really. Really. You guys allowed the IHSA to host the state title games there when you know for a damn fact your program will never earn a top 8 seed this decade. Just idiocy, idiocy all around the damn town. Have fun on the road. Fire everyone who had anything to do with this dogshit decision.
- “East Texas A&M” finally loses, doxes itself as Texas A&M-Commerce. You can only do the whole “fake your own death” thing for so long Lions. UIW squeaked one out and exposed Texas A&M Commerce under the mask of East Texas A&M.

2024.11.25 10:52 Following_Recent 2 year old cat stopped eating and drinking and has weird tongue problem
A week ago my cat started to slowly stop eating he would take a couple bites a day then Get completely disinterested he also started doing a weird tongue flicking thing. Then 2-3 days ago he stopped eating completely I took him to the vet and X-rays came back showing nothing and blood work came back all clear. They took a second round of X-rays to see if they missed anything and still no obstructions or anything lodged in his mouth. They did find that he’s starting to show he may have a possible uti but was told it currently isn’t an issue and wouldn’t cause his loss of appetite. They couldn’t figure out why he won’t eat or why he keeps doing his weird tongue thing. They sent me home with some nausea medicine and an appetite inducer medicine. Since then I’ve tried giving him different foods wet and dry and different types of snacks but he doesn’t want anything. All he does is sleep nearly all day, when he is awake he just sits and stares until he sleeps again. I’m at a loss of what to do now, I’m returning again to the vet in a couple of days if he doesn’t get better to sedate him and physically search his mouth for any possible probelms.

This search ads campaign has been running for a long time. i'm using smart bidding with tCPA of 10€ and it was profitable.
until the first of this month (01.11.24): avg clicks per day dropped from about 250 down to 50. CPC went up from 17 cents to 23 cents. conversion rate increased from 1.7% to 2.3%.
at first i thought a new competitor came in but when I checked auction insights, it was the opposite. there are even less or rather no competitors, yet my impression share went down from 24% to 12%. I have no penalties, disapproved ads or other warnings. no changes to my website were made.
what could be the reason for this?
