30M here. I’ve worked with this 25F friend/ coworker off and on for nearly two years (typically we don’t work on the same unit), and we hit it off as friends pretty quickly. We didn’t really talk a lot outside of work, and I wouldn’t say we were particularly close, but it’s been fairly apparent that we’ve cared for each other for a while. We’ve connected over personal conversations, and she actually made a difference in helping me to work through some of my issues with severe depression. We’ve hung out in a group setting a few times, and have hung out 1on1 a few other times as well.
For a while, it actually seemed like we had some chemistry, and there were moments where I actually felt like it was possible that she could be interested in more than friendship. Neither of us have been in a relationship over the last two years.
I found that I was interested in her pretty quickly, but initially wrote it off for a variety of reasons. For one thing, there is maybe a bit of an age gap. Secondly, we work together. Thirdly, I didn’t want to mess with the friendship that we had.
Eventually it got to the point that it was pretty clear to myself that I had legit feelings for her, and I decided to risk going for it. This went poorly, and she ended up rejecting me rather strongly. Essentially, she told me that she did not see me how I saw her, and felt that we should distance ourselves.
Whatever friendship we did have has pretty much ended. I recently ended up working with her two days back to back, and she barely spoke a word to me while making it pretty obvious that she was avoiding me (purposely sitting far away where we can’t talk, which is not like her at all). On top of it all, I feel like I heard her talking to a mutual friend about her hooking up with someone, which is just a gut punch. She never talked about her sex life up until then, and to hear about it while being in a place of hurt honestly made me feel terrible.. especially since it’s been years since I’ve been with anyone at all.
This has just been very, very hard for me.. and I didn’t think it would be. I’ve had feelings for her for over a year, but pushed them away until I couldn’t do so any longer. Now I just feel crushed. I’m not coping in healthy ways, and I find myself doing really stupid things like checking her social media.
We never had anything at all, but I’m finding it hard to let go of what I thought was possible. Feeling like I lost a friend in the process has also just made this a painful thing that I’m struggling to cope with.

I have a old prebuilt packard bell athlon 2 from 2008.
Been using it for more then 13 years at this point, and it can still run games like left 4 dead, team fortress 2, and league of legends with lowest configs
I'm currently looking for some refurbished desktops at the 80-150€ price range to finally start playing games like dead by daylight and valorant, but am having trouble choosing between the wide range of refurbished options
There's brands like Lenovo, dell, HP, Fujitsu, with different names, some HP pro desk, some HP elite desk, with different graphics cards, different rams, some with SSD, some with HDD, and am not sure what to think of it.
The site mentions some desktops get priced down from €709 to the current price, while others get priced down from €509 to the current price, But I'm not sure if this is a good indicator on how good a desktop is
I'm at a loss with the large amount of options, and am not sure if I should upgrade or just keep my current toaster
