I’m a 54-year-old school motorhead I know nothing about tuning other than putting a bigger carburetor on my Firebird🤣 I just have a timing change done car is very mechanically sound DSG service was performed as well 130,000 miles was searching a lot of information about stage one not looking for competitive performance just want to get a little more power out of it! Should I just pay someone to do it or could you suggest a good reliable package to buy and could I do it myself with a laptop? Again, be patient with me don’t know shit about computers

We are looking at buying a new apartment in Melbourne, valued at $800k, and just looking to confirm what (if any) FHB bonuses we would be eligible. The apartment was an unsold one from the original developer and never been lived in, most other apartments have been sold and are being lived in already.
Would this qualify for any "off-the-plan" concessions (as the dutiable value would be less than $600k), or not since it is technically already finished?
Would we also receive the $10k bonus? Or not since the value is over $750k (was unable to confirm if this was also talking about dutiable value or total value).
Also, for the First Home Guarantee (no LMI for 5% deposit), the cap in Melbourne is $800k. For this cap, does this mean $800k is included or is it below $800k? (so technically would need to buy for $799,999)?
Sorry if these are dumb questions, really couldn't find any specific resources online to confirm the above. Some of the websites are vague and don't have examples for this specific scenario.

MBTA BREAKING NEWS | The Red Line is slow-zone free for the first time in over 15 years with removal of 2 slowzones between Central-Kendall/MIT. 2 slowzones remains on Green Line. The Red Line is now the 3rd line to be slow-zone free. This means that all trains will run the maximum speed of 40 MPH between Alewife, Braintree, and Ashmont. Trains between JFK/UMass and Braintree are expected to also increase speed to 50 MPH in certain areas before the end of the year.
In just over a year, the MBTA has removed over 60+ slowzones on the Red Line. Exactly a year ago, the MBTA has 57 slowzones on the Red Line, covering 20% of restricted tract over 10 miles of track.
Today, the only slowzones remaining in the MBTA subway system is between Government Center and North Station on the Green Line. A shutdown planned between Park Street, Union Sq., and Medford/Tufts between Dec. 6-20th will remove these slowzones. The MBTA is expected to have the entire subway system slowzone free on Dec. 21th.
The MBTA has .3 miles of restricted track, accounting for the remaining .2 percent of restricted track on the system.
