Ugh, I just need to vent for a sec because I’m furious.
Why the hell do I, in my 30s, with 10+ years of experience and promotions every two years and be part of an successful startup, have to grind LeetCode and study algorithms? How often do I even use this stuff in my actual job? Fine, I sucked it up and studied. But then, after doing all that, I ace the question, and the interviewer just assumes I cheated. No setup checks, no screen sharing—nothing. How do you accuse someone of cheating without even be sure of it?

I get that cheating happens, but maybe confirm it before wasting someone’s time? I’ve been grinding since September trying to land a top-paying company job. Early on, I was rusty and got rejected—fair, I get it. But now, I’m fast and efficient, and I’m still getting rejected because an idiot that never met me before assumed I’m cheating. The gatekeeping is ridiculous, and it’s only getting worse.
How are companies supposed to adapt to the market when they don’t even trust people to solve the questions they’re asking? If you don’t believe anyone can solve these questions legitimately, then stop asking them! We’ve had so many studies saying these interviews don’t test real-world skills, but nah, let’s keep doing them because we’re too “smart” to admit our process sucks.
At some point, we need to admit that these companies aren’t hubs for the smartest talent in the EU market, they’re just gatekeeping clubs for the devs who got in first.

I’m scheduled for laparoscopic fibroid removal soon, and I could really use some support and advice. I have a larger fibroid on the posterior wall of my uterus measuring 74x54x70mm (Type 2-5), and a smaller one in the fundus measuring 7x8mm (Type 4).
To be honest, I’m feeling pretty nervous about the whole thing. I know the procedure is minimally invasive, but I’m worried about the pain afterward. I’m not exactly fit—I’ve been feeling weak and fatigued lately, which has left me feeling a bit skinny and not in the best shape for recovery.
For those who have gone through a similar experience, how was your recovery? How did you manage the pain, and what tips do you have for making the healing process easier? Any advice on what to expect would be greatly appreciated!

Not offline ALIFE tho but Look up the mod "roadside panic"
the game was released without ALIFE probably because consoles couldn't handle the spawn distance.
With that mod on for example,NPCS don't even react if you shoot them from far,another thing is If NPCs shoot you from too far,you can't even hear their gunshot

So as title goes i ve been on the same page for about a week. For win it provides with me 11 VP on loss it takes up to 22 (according to previous matches ingame its 25 VP, but i never managed to get 3 W in a row. So how exactly can I rank up if game thinks I need 75% winrate to climb up, meanwhile others plat 3 in lobby according to omeda.city gain normal amount VP(18), also I am protected from demoting for 2 games when I reach 0 VP.
So I am kinda curious does this happened to anyone else or what should I do to fix this? Thanks in advance for help.
