I'm currently working on an app to combine trainings plans with extensive data tracking (which will be used to make individual training prescriptions and adjustments) to increase your VO2 max from low to about 50.
Thus looking for someone who is willing to try my app and stick to a plan for about 4 weeks.

Hello ,
I have a device that gets the power signal of 12 V but the 2 data pins that I want to measure are 5 V. I have connected to the GND of the device to the logic analyzer. But does the fact that the logic analyzer gets the power from the usb that is a different power source from the power source of device create a problem even though the gnds are connected they have common gnd.
Please help me

Raga allora, ho 24 anni e sto recuperando gli anni di superiori,(Sono sempre rimasto in prima).
Sono Discalculico e ogni volta che inizio o che voglio provare ad affrontare la "base" della matematica, mi sale una rabbia addosso indescrivibile. Non riesco minimamente a ricordarmi le regole (nonostante le scriva e trascriva anche con colori diversi sul quaderno), e appena vedo delle lettere mischiate ai numeri vado direttamente in "crash".
Nonostante ciò, riesco s studiare senza problema le altre materie ma "Chimica-Fisica-Matematica" non riesco nemmeno a leggere una pagina senza arrabbiarmi.
Ragazzi avete qualche consiglio da darmi per capire la matematica? Oppure avete dei video ove spiegano la matematica in maniera moooooolto basica e molto facile? (A prova di idioti per dire).

2024.11.25 11:50 TheVVumpus GT7 VR on PS5 Pro. Mazda 787B on Le Mans in torrential rain at midnight is Chef’s Kiss!
I exclusively race in VR, and have avoided this situation on the base PS5 due to it being CPU intensive and thus occasional frame drops. But with the Pro and the new positional reprojection enabled, it’s just brilliant madness. VR night races in the rain have always been the most immersive and convincing, even with the light sources and reflections doubling due to the old reprojection, but now it’s on another level. This is the track combination I show my friends first now. Too bad they don’t have VR demos to show this off - they would be selling a lot more headsets and Pros.

Hello I am a 26M in a relationship with 25F. We've been together about 2 years, living together for 1.5. We met through work and had the same job for a while, were relatively stable financially, not great, but living cheaply we got by just fine.
Both lost our jobs at the end of 2023 and 2024 has frankly been a shit show of trying to survive. My partner has taken it much harder than me, for sure. I work full time as much as I can and she works part time a couple days a week.
I'm responsible largely for working as well as cooking, cleaning, paying bills, shopping, doing laundry, etc. I do most everything for us I feel like. My partner has some mental health issues that are pretty severe and we haven't been able to get her treatment yet because insurance sucks. She said it's too hard to do these things or take care of herself so I largely pick it up. She says she's hungry and I have to figure out what to make and cook the food, and clean up after. I do the dishes, laundry, pay the bills, work more, make all the phone calls, do the shopping. She said it's too difficult to go out in public anymore so we don't go out really, just stay home. I don't see my friends because she will miss me too much or need help while I'm gone.
We don't have sex anymore, maybe every 4 months or so we do. Or I just do things sexually for her and don't get anything out of it myself really.
I just feel more like a caretaker than anything lately, like I am caring for a disabled adult as a second job sometimes. It sounds terrible and I feel bad saying this but it's how I feel. I don't get to take a break or sit back and relax or even see my friends because she always needs something or other. I really do love her, and I still believe there's a person underneath who is just hidden under a lot of bullshit. I am very sympathetic to mental illness and have been through a lot myself, but that also means sometimes I would like a break or to have some help.
I don't WANT to leave, I really don't. I just feel overwhelmed and exhausted and I feel like even if I did want to leave, I can't. She relies on me too much and I don't know how she could make it without someone to help
