Toh, it was my first date I planned with her, we had decide a date with a dress code—ethnic outfits (yeah, my suggestion to see her in traditional wear). I invited her to this cozy restaurant with dim lighting that I had finalized. I arrived early, so I wouldn’t feel awkward. After a while of choosing the seat and surviving the waiter’s creepy stares, she finally arrived, dressed in a beautiful lehenga. So cute... hfjkehfjkhsdjkfhhsdifhiusf... nvm I mean, she looked gorgeous! For a second, I couldn’t take my eyes off her. But I snapped out of it, reminding myself, “Don’t lose your mind, bro!”
I greeted her, and her voice oh god, it was like music to my ears. After a brief exchange, I held out my hand, made her sit at the table I’d picked, and sat down across from her. Throughout the date, she looked like an angel sent from heaven. Her style, the way she ate, the way she looked at me—everything gave me butterflies in my stomach.
On the way back, I was driving her home, my hand on the gear. She placed hers on top of mine, and I felt this electric current shoot from my hand to my toes. I was like, “Yaar, kitne punya kiye honge main, to get a girl like you.” She replied, “Hmm... tera pata nahi, par maine bohot kiye tab jakar tere jaisa Romeo mila.”
Totally flushed, I said, “Today was great, but I wish I could spend more time with you.” She smiled and said, “Zaroor, zaroor... lekin Pehle jakar parda toh laga de, dhoop aa rahi hai!”
I was like, huh?
She repeated, “Parda, parda!” And just then, I woke up to my PG roommate shouting, “Bhai, parda laga de, dhoop aa rahi hai, sone mein pareshani ho rahi hai!”

I have a gas stove that is built into the countertop, and is a separate appliance from the oven below it.
Yesterday while cleaning, I made the mistake of thinking all of the knobs were completely dry, but I guess one had a drop of water still on it. It’s been 24 hrs now, I’ve applied the blow drier heated on it, I’ve run the oven a few times and I left a standing fan circulating on it overnight.
I have to cook specific dishes for my work tomorrow, so I’m a bit stressed about time. It hasn’t slowed down and the igniter of the burner will spark if I try to place the burners back on.
Is there anything else I can do to try to resolve the issue faster? Repair people aren’t exactly urgent in my country… I’d probably have to wait a week.

2024.11.25 14:24 kileras1a Are you worried there is to much hype about PoE 2?
I wonder if you think that there may be to much hype on PoE 2 and people would bounce off just because they remember PoE and think PoE 2 will be same but with new stuff. It's almost a new game with all the changes to mechanics and the feel. I wonder how many people would hype themself to much just because they don't understand changes or didn't pay attention to information at all, for example some may imagine PoE 2 character with "multiple proj" added to their firestorm, ball of lightning and whatever the 3rd skill they want just to discover it's only 1 of each support gem for character so you can support just one of them with it.
There is lot of changes and lot of hype that may or may not be to high. I like the changes presented and I'm hyped and fully aware it won't feel like PoE but somehow different game with some resemblance to PoE, but I'm afraid that many probably don't get it.

2024.11.25 14:24 zeezyzz3 Went to buy jio sim, could not activate because supposedly i have 6 sim cards on my aadhaar number and I can't find any option to check on government site because I don't have any of those numbers.
I 21M from kolkata, was previously using sim under my dad's ownership. I finally went to get it changed to my own ownership. Went though a long hassle and now my old sim card is deactivated, and I can't reactivate it because the service provider told me that I already have 6 sim cards issued on my aadhaar.
I have never bought any sim. That sim was connected to everywhere. I currently I have no number and using my house wifi.
I checked tafcop but I can't see because I have none of the numbers and my aadhaar is linked with my dad's number, so when I open with my dad's number, it shows numbers issued under his aadhaar.
I can't simply check with just my aadhar number. I don't know what to do. I even have exams tomorrow and It's messing with my head.
I was even supposed to get my driving license details in the same number.
Any steps which is feasible and less time consuming for me to get my own number previously activated.

2024.11.25 14:24 Astonliar Microwave turntable turns off on every start
 | We have a recent model KitchenAid built in microwave / conventional oven combo (model KOCE500ESS05). Microwave on top. The Start/Cancel button for the microwave is in the top-right corner of the control panel. Immediately to the left of the Start button is a Turntable On/Off button. Recently, every time we start the microwave, the turntable turns off and the turntable off icon (sort of a bullseye with an 'x' on it) appears next to the clock. Pressing the Turntable On/Off button starts the turntable again. At first, I thought I might have developed a habit of pressing both controls when starting the microwave but after some testing, I have determined that this is not the case. I'm looking for some advice on what may be wrong.
