Deben acordarse de los conocimientos son la llave para sus éxitos futuros.
Para usar los redes sociales para aumentar su experiencia de estudiar eficazmente, tienen que comprender cómo autocontrolarse de sí mismo. Hay que hacer un horario y poner en el primero el estudio. Asimismo, el maestro también tiene la responsibilidad de educar a los alumnos cómo usarlas correctamente. Por ejemplo, usan plataformas de web para compartir las posibilidades a los alumnos. Así los alumnos pueden tener un equilibrio entre la juerga y la educación.
Las redes sociales pueden llevar la posibilidad de creatividad. A mediante de los talleres en línea, los estudiantes tendrán más oportunidades de aprender desde la comodidad de su propio casa o ¡salvo su cama! En el pasado con los libros no tenían que dudar la legitimidad de la información, pero hoy en día deberían recordarse que no podrían creer todo lo que hay en el internet. Tienen que filtrar las informaciones para evitar las incorrectas. Es importante que se acuerden de solicitar ayuda desde el maestro.
Al final, los redes sociales son una espada de doble filo. Es una herramienta muy útil para recoger información, pero cuenta con problemas como las informaciones falsas. Hay que tener cuidado cuando buscamos información, y encontrar una manera eficaz para unir la técnica y pedagogía para que los estudiantes reciban todos los ventajas de ellos y consigan un desarrollo holístico.

Going to be working in a state prison next week. It’s my first time working in law enforcement. I’m using CO as a stepping stone for patrol, just doing a year max for the experience and money.
My dad was a state trooper which is what inspired me and all the ride alongs I did with him and departments.
I’m a quiet, reserved, introverted person. I get along with everyone and can force myself to be extroverted if need be.
What’s some advice you have for me going in? What do you wish I can do that your CO didn’t do? What expectations should I have going in?

have to write this in points because there’s a lot:

bf 29m and I 29f started seeing each other in January last year, he asked me out in April and said “I thought you already knew you are my gf.” (I asked him what date and he said 1st march he thought I knew we were together)
in March he flew interstate to see a long time female friend but didn’t mention they had a history together. This was a prebooked flight before we met.
in November I found out I was pregnant and originally he wanted an abortion but changed his mind.
I gave birth in June 2024.

• in May this year I found he had an album filled with nudes and videos and porn of this long time female friend on his work phone and nudes of his ex from 6 years ago (probably what made me give birth a month early) - when I questioned him about having any nudes of her he said he didn’t have any and I had to ask him 3 times and eventually he confessed and said “I don’t want to delete anything.” He deleted those 2 folders in front of me. *he confessed he had an only fans and his long time friend was on it, he deleted his account in front of me. - He then flew out to work the next day and went through his phone and laptop and deleted the images however: He had actually transferred the nudes and videos onto his laptop under a folder called other1, I found this folder in the sync folder under his user and it was created the same day he transferred it. He also created a link to view these images but I have never found the link that he denies creating. He swears black and blue he doesn’t know how it got there. He said the transfer on his laptop was easier to do than deleting every photo one by one and his phone kept freezing during a bulk delete.
I haven’t found anything further since end of May, except for when he went through his emails and found he sent himself back ups of her nudes multiple times but from 2013 which have since been deleted.
*he told me they have been in and out of sending each other nudes over the span of 13 years and he didn’t have any kind of feelings for her but also said if he was single and it didn’t work out between us, he would be able to switch it back on and start flirting with her again. He denies liking her in that way. * he told me in 2022 when he booked the flights to go see her in March 2023, he was originally going over there for sex but nothing ended up happening between them because he said his feelings changed once he started dating me. *he told me he was flirting with her and saying inappropriate things to her during the whole of 2023 in our relationship because that’s how they have always talked and he didn’t see anything wrong with it. (He admits he does see something wrong now but didn’t when it was happening.)

he cut her out of his life in December 2023 because all of his friends had come to me to tell me to be careful of her she’s moving back interstate to be with him.
I found she had messaged several times asking when he was coming to see her but he didn’t reply to her. She would also tell him she misses him and he’d tell me it was a friend thing. It also hurts that she was flirting with him knowing he was in a relationship.

• In 2023 I had a phone call with him (we didn’t live together) and he said he had to go and couldn’t call me back because he was on a voice channel on discord with his friends but found he was actually on the phone talking to her for 3 hours. He says most of this time was silence and he didn’t want to hang up on her because she was lonely.
We have been through hell since I gave birth, I didn’t have time to process anything that happened, I gave birth 20 days after finding out all of the above and he swears he has changed. He changed his number and deleted his social media for me to be at peace but I’m so heartbroken and mentally destroyed.
Everyone is telling me to forgive him because I didn’t know it was happening during last year and have only found out this year.

The familiar EAS siren wrenched me awake.
NATIONAL ALERT: IMMINENT ATTACK. SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
I sat on the bed, staring at my phone as I hyperventilated. My hand brushed the nightstand, tipping a pill bottle that rolled out of sight.
Yesterday's shirt, mismatched socks, a resignation letter stuffed in my briefcase—the plan I'd crafted for weeks was meaningless now. The medication was prescribed to help until I could step aside quietly. The motorcade was already waiting. I never looked for the bottle.
The bunker descended endlessly. Packed elevators rattled downward, crowded with pale faces and soft sobbing. I noticed guards exchanging glances, their words too quiet to hear. At the staging platform, they separated us, shouting orders.
The last elevator was mine alone.
The corridor stretched endlessly, its harsh lights glaring off oil-slicked concrete. The air carried a metallic tang, each step unnervingly loud.
I tried to steady myself, but the thought clawed at me: They knew this was coming.
In the newly established war room, I learned that Washington was gone. The rest of the chain of command—dead or missing. I was the “designated survivor,” the one in charge in case of… this. It’s too much.
The monitors showed arcing missile trajectories, casualty projections, cities reduced to black circles.
An officer approached, a clipboard in her hand. “Sir, the counterattack has successfully neutralized enemy targets. Phase Three readiness requires authorization.”
“They’ve taken everything,” I muttered, absently signing.
Across the room, the guards stood quietly. One leaned toward another, whispering.
I nudged the officer. “They’ve infiltrated the bunker.”
“Sir, there’s no indication of—”
“STOP LYING!” I slammed my fist on the console. I drew my pistol. The first shot sent her sprawling to the floor. The second cut down the man beside her.
The others didn’t move. They knew. They had to know how awful they were.
I sealed the doors and locked the oxygen systems. The room grew smaller. “No one leaves,” I said, turning back to the console.
Coordinates blinked on the targeting screen: military bases, bunkers, evacuation zones. I entered the codes without hesitation. They had to pay.
“They’ve compromised everything. We have no choice.”
“Sir,” an aide called out, “Your target—it’s the United States! You’re attacking us! STOP, SIR!”
“They’re everywhere,” I said, raising the pistol again.
The console confirmed the launch.
Trajectories arced across the screen, one by one replaced with the word: Neutralized.
I patted my pocket and froze: the pill bottle forgotten, the resignation letter still unsigned.
It wasn’t supposed to be me.
The aide’s voice cracked,
“You’ve destroyed everything! The people left—the survivors—they’re gone! Why?!”
I dropped the gun, stammering. The console blinked silently back at me:
STATUS: NEUTRALIZED.
