Honestly annoyed, I’ve known and kind of accepted that the care in this country was very poor, but I’m back to being upset.
I was classified as high risk due to family history of pre eclampsia and my bmi. I have not seen the same consultant twice since the start. They always ask for the same redundant questions (age, past surgeries etc) EVERYTIME.
Since my 32 weeks growth scan I’ve been asking over and over about her size and if anything needs looking into. She is measuring in 97th percentile. I’ve been brushed off.
Yesterday I was talking to a family member who is a midwife and she ageeed that 97th is high and they should have retested GD and planned another growth scan.. she then took it upon herself to ask for an appointment for me for tomorrow. I have a check up next week.
Now, how do I go on about complaining about my care ? I’m fed up, it’s been 36 weeks of missed things throughout, from UTI I coped myself, bloods not being sent, scheduled appointments wait longer than 3hours, wrong prescription etc.. really hard to have any trust or faith in them when the time comes.

I've got a Ford ecosport 2018, so far we've clocked ~58000Kms, service advisor is mentioning about
- clutch plate replacement.(50K)
- Timing belt replacement.(50K)
I'd be lying if I say the pickup is smooth, at 4th Gear @75Kmph the car is reving up a bit more and the translation of power to the tyres feels less, so I'm a bit worried too, have dealt with car freeze in our earlier 800cc petrol hatch (i know stupid comparison but still feels traumatic to get the car freeze on the road.)
Usage is generally local and once in a blue moon ,roundabout trip to other city of about ~300km.

So, I’m 18F and have been dealing with PCOS. Things started improving about two years ago after getting diagnosed and following my doctor’s advice, but recently (about two months ago), I started experiencing problems with my periods again.
One specific issue is that I start spotting very lightly about 10 days before my actual period. My concern is that my next period is expected to align with a very important exam I have on December 1st, and I really don’t want to be distracted or held back by severe cramps on that day.
For context, my cramps can get intense, and I’m wondering if taking something like ibuprofen could help me manage the pain just for that day. Would it be effective, or is there something better I can try? I’ve read about heat packs and other remedies, but I need something I can count on during the exam.
