I need to make this post to vent.. and maybe to help others. I feel like a dumb ass right now and I wish I can apologize to the person. I was on my way to work this morning and this person was riding to close behind me with his bright lights. Remind you that we are on a two lane one way Hwy. He gets in the other lane, then I get behind him. Now the car in front of him is going slow so he’s trying to get over. As soon as I get over to go around him.. he also was trying to get over and he honked at me, then speeds up on my bumper.. so I brake check him 🤦♂️. Now my adrenaline is going.. I’m pissed, he’s pissed. So I take off to get ahead of him and he speeds up and goes around me and then brakes checks me. So I slam on my horn and he was able to get passed the light.. turned red on me. Thank goodness. I had to calm down because my heart was racing, he was long gone. All this could have been avoided but stupid pride got in the way and I made stupid choices. ANYWAYS… that said, Im usually a calm driver, mind my business and get to work stress free. I honestly think I was just excited it was a short work week because of Thanksgiving, I had my Christmas music playing.. and that car with it bright lights just ticked me off and ruined the mood 😂😂. Ok I feel better now. I learned my lesson. Drive safe out there and hope you all have an awesome Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas! Im sorry to the person which this happened to. ❤️

I hope everyone reading this is living a life they deserve, but for those of you who aren't, consider stopping by.
Buried under layers of self-doubt, circumstance, and pragmatism is the version of you who has broken all of the chains that held her back. Whatever life you dream about, she has achieved. She drives to the job you want in the car you want, then she goes to the lunch spots you crave with the people you wish you could hang out with, before going home to the house you saved all of those pictures of.
Now, to be clear, I am not talking down to you. No one in this world is truly living a fully satisfied life. Everyone wants what they don't have, and you have responsibilities and obligations that you have weighed and found to be worthy of you time. I applaud you for all of your achievements in this fucked-up world, truly, but this isn't about you.
It's about her.
I want to talk to her.
This can go a few different ways.
This can be a very cut and dry RP where there is a distinction between the IC and the OOC. This can be fully IC where we are truly being penpals. We can do a combination where we explore our entirely unrelated RP ideas together but we keep the masks on even OOC. Don't be afraid to blur the lines and get weird with the normal structure. She is worth the effort.
Let's talk about her.
I only want to talk to her if she is an adult. 25-45+ is where I like to land typically, with a touch of wiggle room.
If she is entirely mean-spirited, disinterested, or otherwise holds me at arms length, I am probably not going to engage well. I am looking for enthusiastic friendship at the very least, with the door to more being open only to those that enjoy it themselves.
If your her is flippant about romance or wants to have a parade of men serving her, there isn't much point in us talking. There will never be a time when I will entertain the idea of multiple men or sharing with another man. If she needs more than one man in her life competing for her affections, that is perfectly fine, no shame, but I don't have much to say to her.
Pulse check: Have you thought "What about him?" I hope you have. Your her and my him might have some incredible chemistry, or at the very least, plenty to talk about. This is a two way street, so please don't come to my inbox with nothing to add and no interest of your own.
So, here at the end of this, where do we stand?
If you like the idea of playing out that perfected version of yourself with someone, here I am. There will be some push and pull because I am not a GM and I expect you to be coming with the same enthusiasm for me that I want to give you.
I feel I should mention that this does not have to be constrained to the mundane or realistic. If you imagine yourself as some street racer living a double life as an exec, some aloof queen ruling over a fantasy kingdom, or a vampire soaked in blood and class, don't hold her back. I want to meet her, talk to her, explore her, and enjoy her.
You have my permission (not that you need it) to reach as far as you like for her. Nothing is off the table in terms of how grand and great she can be.
I tend to prefer art over face claims, but that is a VERY flexible preference given this particular post.
I've been waiting this long to meet her, so don't rush your first message. Really figure her out. I can be as patient as you like. We have all the time in the world.

This one ran once before against only Lizard.
Doc Ock, is a very handy. From my previous write up - Doc Ock is all about tentacle tiles and is very versatile. His black (9ap) shuffled the bard and does enemy team damage for each tentacle tile on the board and then removes all friendly tentacle tiles. Its passive creates tentacle tiles whenever you make a Blue, Black or Yellow match, you create a tentacle tile in that color. At the beginning of the turn you will remove enemy strike/protect/attack tiles in colors shared by friendly tentacle tiles. His blue (6ap) will swap tiles (basic from 1-4 covers, also enemy strike/protect/attack at 5 covers) and then convert them to tentacle tiles. Its passive kicks if a friendly tentacle tiles shares a color with another tentacle tile it will remake itself onto an adjacent tile that does not share a color with other friendly tiles. If one does it will do damage beginning at 2 covers). Finally his yellow (7ap) lets you choose a non yellow tile and gain ap in that color (2 at 1-2 covers, 3 at 3-4 and 4 at 5 covers) and grants a burst of health to your team. If there friendly tentacle tile in that color you get extra ap (1 at 1-3 and 2 at 4-5 covers).
Lizard - Is 5/3/5 level 270 with 15642 health. His green (7ap) does 2033 team damage. If there are 11 or fewer blue tiles on the board, an additional 1088 damage is done to a random enemy. If there are at least 7 red tiles, it also does an extra 1088 damage to a random enemy. His black (7ap) does 723 damage and stuns for 1 turn. It's passive kicks in when he takes more than 1542 damage, he reduces the damage by 329, and creates a 2 turn countdown that heals him 318 health per turn. While that tile is on the board, this passive will not trigger again. His purple (7ap) creats up to 4 basic tiles on the bottom row into 1 turn fortiifed countdown tiles that move up the board 1 tile each turn, and convert each swapped blue tile with red, and when one reaches the top o the board, it removes itself and does 5679 doing damage. For each tile on the board he takes 6% less damage.
Against Lizard keep an eye on his green and purple and how many red and blue are on the board. Build up your tentacle tiles and then fire your black for the big KO
Juggernaut - is also 5/3/5 level 270 with 21953 health. His green (6ap) destroys 16 random tiles doing damage for each tile. His red (8ap) does 4136 damage and does 2158 damage to himself. His black (10ap) destroys all strike and protect tiles, destroyed tiles do 1080% increased damage but do not grant ap.
Deny red, don't use a support that gives strike or protect tiles. And like in the other fight, get lots of tentacle tiles and fire your black and do lots of damage. Supports that add power damage like atlantis will stack and speed things up.
My Doc Ock is 4/5/4 lvel 327. Didnt't need a support, neither match was too hard, although Lizard got his purple which is annoying and slowed things down a bit.

Does anyone know what happened to previous submitted applications from the old service? The new method for applying for jobs seems alot more difficult, having to look through multiple PDF and no tracking to tools for applications. This seems like a step backwards for the city and less transparent. I also notice some of the job posting expired previous to this change.
I find this concerning, the City seems like it wants to do a lot of growing, but are making finding employment with city more difficult and less transparent.

Hey Leute, wir (ich und 3-4 Kollegen) überlegen, ein MSP zu starten. Hab viele Videos und Berichte dazu gesehen und es scheint echt ein wachsendes Geschäftsfeld zu sein. Immer mehr Unternehmen verzichten auf eine eigene IT, also denken wir, dass das der nächste Schritt für uns sein könnte.
Bevor wir loslegen, brauchen wir aber noch ein paar Tools, die uns bei der Verwaltung und Automatisierung unterstützen. Ich suche eine RMM-Lösung mit coolen Features, Fernwartung wäre natürlich auch gut.
Außerdem suchen wir was, das ein Ticket-System und eine moderne Kunden sowie Asset-Verwaltung hat. Was uns besonders wichtig ist: Wir brauchen eine Möglichkeit, Verträge und wiederkehrende Abrechnungen einem Kunden oder Asset zuordnen zu können. Wenn wir dann Serviceverträge anlegen, wäre es super, wenn wir ganz genau definieren können, was mit abgedeckt ist und was nicht.
Ach, und wäre mega, wenn sich alles in ein Buchhaltungstool wie SevDesk übertragen lässt. Bonus-Feature: Ein kleines Warenwirtschaftssystem, mit dem wir Lagerbestände im Blick behalten und Sachen wie Kabel, die wir bei Kunden installieren, gleich mit in die Rechnung aufnehmen können.
Ich habe mir Autotask angeschaut, aber irgendwie spricht mich das Produkt nicht wirklich an. Besonders negativ ist mir die langsame und eher statische Entwicklung aufgefallen.
Hat jemand so was schon mal benutzt oder eine Empfehlung? Würde mich über eure Tipps freuen!
